Grand Hacienda

The sever was dishonest and disrespectful. She defied my wishes to bring me my check. She brought items to the table that I as the bill payer told her I didn’t want. Worst experience ever. I will never go to this restaurant again. I fully intend to reach out to corporate. This female waitress works at the restaurant on Sheldon Road. I do NOT recommend you go to this restaurant.

Terrible service. Mediocre food at best. High prices.

The waitress was awesome but she was doing the job of 2 people she had to make our drinks and deliver them we did reach out to the manager and he made the excuse that they were shorthanded but what we saw was no team work at all in that place water we complained we finally got some drinks and our food we have been here before and had the same experience we will not be going back again

Solid spot, good margs, staff is always friendly and helpful and the food good.

We were greeted and sat immediately. Carlos was fast and friendly. The margaritas are tasty and very large. The tamales were very good and I had enough to take home. Best salsa in town!

I Was invited out tonight and we ended up at the Grand Hacienda. I had not been there and was looking forward to this new venue. The chips and salsa was worthy and the staff most hospitable and kept up pretty good, considering how busy they were. The joint was jumping and the music live. The staff gave us a warm and delicious Guava drink with whole guava in it on the house. I look forward to coming back and having another tasty adventure.

Excellent food, quick and friendly service. And finally an environment where you eat at a pleasant temperature unlike what happens in many restaurants in these parts which for some reason have unpleasantly cold temperatures.

Love this place! The food service and atmosphere were great. Adam was our server. He was fast friendly and had a great attitude. The food was very tasty and the portions were huge! We will definitely be back to enjoy this delicious Mexican food.

Food was good. Service was ok though they mixed up our bills n had to re do them. The special wasn't given probably because of a language barrier. They added the tip to the bill before you pay.

My husband and I frequent this Grand Hacienda. Our favorite servers are Fernando and Emily. Tonight I saw Emily and requested her. The host whom I found out later was part owner of the establishment was extremely condescending. When I requested Emily he said to me “you can have her if she is willing to give up a table to take care of you”. It’s not like there was a line at the door. I would be happy to wait for her because she is a great employee who takes care of her customers. I certainly did not appreciate the way he spoke to me. I don’t know his name but he needs a reminder that it’s patrons like myself who pads his pockets. I will continue to go there to see my favorite people but I certainly do not need his smart remarks. The food was great and so was Emily!!
