Leaving this from a different account because I saw the response you gave to Dani, and I just have to say, what a joke.

You’re completely in the wrong. Dani called ahead to confirm the substitution. Your staff said it was fine. Then you went ahead and made whatever you felt like anyway, and tried to blame DoorDash for it? Seriously? That’s not a menu issue, that’s just straight-up bad service and zero accountability.

If you can’t handle simple customer requests, especially ones you verbally agreed to, then you shouldn’t be accepting orders through delivery apps at all. Own up to your mistake instead of hiding behind weak excuses.

Just wanted to make sure people know what really happened, because your response to her was complete nonsense.

Terrible customer experience. Ordered on uber eats, uber driver arrived and claimed the restaurant said they don’t use uber.

Called the restaurant and they claimed they only do DoorDash.

Lady couldn’t speak any english.

How can you claim to not use uber eats, but be on uber eats???

Tia was very nice. Just remember if you go in late that’s it’s late and very well priced so have a bit of patience if your food doesn’t come out in 3min. I almost don’t want to leave a review because this seems like a place I should gate keep and not share with others

You definitely can't make anything better at home so ya might as well check this spot out.

I was excited to try and maybe we went on an off day or didn’t order the right items, but- The gyro was good, I didn’t prefer how much cucumber was in the taziki sauce. Sadly, the burgers were burnt and disappointing, even my 7 year old was like what the heck. The calamari and shrimp meal had a terrible fishy taste, I could not finish the food, and the fries that came with the meal tasted like they were fried in a common fryer and that gave it an odd aftertaste. We did appreciate the drivethru. Honestly probably would not visit again, $40 wasn’t an appropriate price for that quality.

I had the rice bowl, it was pretty good. They have a good selection of meals, pretty quick service, the lady at the counter was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Tip for the employees, please put silverware in the bag, sometimes the customer forgets. Lol

Wings are fried so hard I had to add a little water in put in microwave to get a little tenderness.

Im pretty sure this is the first time I've ever done a review for anything food related. I wish this was a positive review, but unfortunately it's not. I got mozzarella sticks and boneless wings. Not only did the wings taste like cardboard but they have this smell I can't get rid of that makes me nauseas. The mozzarella sticks were nothing like the picture and the cheese didn't string out when you bit into one. They bit right in half like it was cheddar cheese. I hate to say this but I would have been happier with mcdonalds. I can't commit on the rest of the food but I'm happy I didn't try the seafood. I feel like I would have gotten food poison. Please take this review as constructive criticism and not a post of failure. But I have faith that whoever owns this establishment can use this to turn things around. Go back to the beginning when you opened and use that same motivation to change everything about this place. Ill stop back by in a month from now and see if anything has changed.
