This place was recommended to me by a friend. She lost major weight and improved her health on their shakes. I'm all about a good healthy drink. This small business was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I went in for a tea but was persuaded to try a protein shake. I have to say I was not disappointed. I got the banana pudding and omg did it taste like real pudding!!! The price was very reasonable as well. They even take cash app & venmo!! Heads up tho...

This has been my favorite find of St. Pete. I wish we had more of these, but I love the comprehensive nutritional value and knowing I can always count on a good meal replacement, post workout, or simple snack while have good company and service from X and the Herbalife supplements used at her shop!
