The service at Hybar is absolutely impeccable! I had a few glasses of wine and then I saw the bartender Lasher making a smoked drink for another person. I couldn't resist ordering it because it looked so cool and when I received it I wasn't disappointed. The Smoked Hyland is perfectly balanced , refreshing and delicious. A neat way to end my evening! Ask for Lasher ; he will take care of all of your cocktail needs.

We have been going to Hybar for ONE reason…the BEST bartender in the city!! We live around the corner and stopped in one evening. We met Jade and we felt like family. Not only does she remember everyone but she makes the BEST cocktails!! We understand she is no longer at Hybar. She was really the only reason we went there.

Horrible! Sarcastic, rude bartender kicked out our friend for absolutely no reason, putting her hands on him and humiliating him bc she didn’t like the way he looked. She is also unprofessional and makes an awful, undrinkable mocktail. There are far too many professional and friendly and welcoming places to go in St. Pete to waste your time here. Definitely go somewhere else. Hybar - find a bartender who gets it and knows how to make a drink! Horrible representation of St. Pete!

Stayed at AC Marriott and their Skybar service was awful. Snuck across the street and was at HyBar at Hyatt. Thank you Jade. We'll be back. Next time I will stay at Hyatt.

Would rate it 10 stars if I could. Best bar in all of Florida with the classiest of bartenders. This place is so good you can walk in with your team down 24-7 in the nfc title game and within 30 minutes watch them take the lead with a massive buzz! There’s clean restroom to regroup, as well as an ample open space to re enact legendary plays. 10/10 would go back.
Walked in because we're locals and wanted to try it out! We saw online that there's happy hour, so we gave it a whirl... The bartender was cold and rude. We sat down and asked if there was happy hour, she said, no offense, I hate happy hour.... oh, ok.... weird thing go say to paying customers when no one else was there.... just thought it was kinda rude and cold.... ?

Saw the reviews for espresso martinis so we stopped in. Jade did not disappoint. It was amazing. She also prepared drinks by us giving a liquor and surprising us. All the the presentations and taste were phenomenal. Photo shown is a mexican firing squad. Highly recommend to stop in.

Atmosphere was lovely, the bartender was a complete and utter pleasure. It was the night after Christmas and when we first arrived we were the only folks at the bar. So got to chat up the bartender a bit. Excellent cocktail and prices. Definitely going back.
