The service at Hybar is absolutely impeccable! I had a few glasses of wine and then I saw the bartender Lasher making a smoked drink for another person. I couldn't resist ordering it because it looked so cool and when I received it I wasn't disappointed. The Smoked Hyland is perfectly balanced , refreshing and delicious. A neat way to end my evening! Ask for Lasher ; he will take care of all of your cocktail needs.
We have been going to Hybar for ONE reason…the BEST bartender in the city!! We live around the corner and stopped in one evening. We met Jade and we felt like family. Not only does she remember everyone but she makes the BEST cocktails!! We understand she is no longer at Hybar. She was really the only reason we went there.
Stayed at AC Marriott and their Skybar service was awful. Snuck across the street and was at HyBar at Hyatt. Thank you Jade. We'll be back. Next time I will stay at Hyatt.
