My friend and I went there for the first time last Saturday and I wish I could say it was a positive experience. When we walked in, the bartender did not greet us or look up from what he was doing even when we found 2 seats at the bar sitting directly in front of him. We were using a Pub Pass, of which we informed the bartender ahead of time. He made no comment about certain beers not being available to use until we asked him specifically. We asked for a couple of samples and then ordered a beer each. The beer I received was so flat that there was zero carbonation, which made it completely undrinkable. It tasted so bad that I left an almost full glass on the counter when we left. My friend made a comment that it was flat and the bartender's response was "the last line was ok, this one is fine as well." No offer to exchange it for something else or acknowledge that there was an issue (even though he could clearly see there was). I have been to dozens of breweries around Hillsborough and Pinellas county and have never encountered such dismissive service. If I didn't have another beer pass to use, I would not return to this establishment. And I enjoy supporting our local breweries every chance I get.To the owner: thank you for your response; however I checked the Pub Pass and there is no mention of non carbonated beers. Also, my friend had the IPA and her beer was well carbonated. So unfortunately, that rationale does not apply to this situation.

Great place. Awesome staff, friendly place. Wonderful atmosphere. Enjoyed the music, too!

I've been here a few times and they have great beers. A changing menu makes choosing something difficult so get a flight. This time we got root beer (nonalcoholic), a sour apple seltzer and the butter beer. They were delicious! They've got a great staff a cool tap room and really largo outdoor area that's dog and kid friendly! Cool thing about this place behind the bookcase there's a bathroom.

Love Kevin's unique beers! Solid traditional options, as well.

It's always been a 5 star for me, but they have lost some of that identity. Used to be 90s rap playing all the time. And I can't see a reason to not fix the HVAC, I don't wanna drink beer and sweat indoors, beers are always good tho.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I am not a beer drinker but the Berry Crunch beer is AMAZING!! Nicole was awesome and so nice! Highly recommend coming here if you are in the area!!!

If I Brewed the World, located in the vibrant city of St. Pete, FL, offers more than just craft beer. It provides an immersive hip-hop experience that triggers nostalgia that takes you through the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s of hip-hop music. With a small and personal atmosphere, this local hip-hop joint sets the stage for a memorable visit. The beer selection showcases their dedication to both creativity and quality. One standout brew is made for "Filthy Muggles", a Brown Ale aptly named "Butter Beer." Combining the love for Brown Ales with a nod to the wizarding world, this beer delivers a flavor profile that will surely entice fans of both genres.Another must-try is the B.R.E.A.M. - Brews Rule Everything Around Me, an Aussie cold IPA created in collaboration with Bay 13, an Australian brewing company based in Miami. This IPA stands out as one of the best I have ever tasted, with its crisp and refreshing characteristics that leave a lasting impression on the palate. The hip-hop theme resonates throughout the brewery, immersing visitors in an atmosphere steeped in the sounds of iconic artists like The Wu-Tang Clan, Jay-Z and Nas. The carefully curated hip-hop playlist adds to the ambiance, creating a captivating backdrop that will have you jamming throughout your entire visit.Beyond the incredible beer and music, IIBTW offers unique features that enhance the overall experience. The presence of a vending machine filled with random items ranging from Pokémon cards to condoms adds a touch of curiosity and surprise. The inclusion of old school arcade games and a shuffleboard table invites friendly competition and entertainment for all to enjoy. For those seeking outdoor enjoyment, the small patio is the perfect spot. On certain nights, local stand-up comedians take the stage, providing laughter and a sense of community. The dedication to fostering local talent adds an extra layer of charm to this already vibrant establishment. One cannot overlook the exceptional hospitality provided by owner and brewmaster Kevin. His personable and kind nature shines through as he takes pride in his creations. His passion for brewing is evident in every sip, and his genuine enthusiasm adds to the overall warmth of IIBTW.IIBTW offers more than just a brewery experience. It delivers that old hip-hop journey that takes you back, exceptional brews, and a range of things to do. With its inviting atmosphere, unique features, and the personal touch of Kevin, this establishment is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts and hip-hop lovers everywhere!

Our new favorite brewery! Excellent beer, excellent music and Nicole was an amazing bartender!

Stopped in here on our way to dinner on a Saturday night, and wasn't super impressed. Smaller taproom, interior looks a bit dated and without trying to be mean, a bit crummy. Vending machine near bar that sells like trashy weed products, something I'd more expect to see at a dive bar than a brewery. Loud rap music blasting throughout, just didn't love the vibe, so to speak. The product is pretty solid however, I had a beer that tasted exactly like crunchberries, surprisingly good. Tried a couple others and generally liked them, just wish the taproom itself was nicer.

Nicole is an INCREDIBLE bartender. Truly, the best. Came in here not expecting to stay long, but the ambience was very fun and enhanced our evening greatly!
