A hidden gem! everyone is so welcoming! and the food is amazing!
Really ?? you call this a deli... Dont let my name fool you we are NY Jews My husband is the deli expert. This is NOT by any stretch real deli food. The cold cuts are reheated packaged in bulk Hebrew national meats . There is no aging ,brined brisket that would be real corned beef. The Pastrami the same deal reheated packaged food. NO tongue really ??? The place is in a small warehouse type facility and there happened to be over a dozen dogs in there today WTF.. outdoors ok maybe but not inside. Matzo Ball soup like dishwater a real mess a real disappointment. overall one and done If you go be warned it sucks !!!! It reminds me of a dirty unshaven homeless person shelter.

St. Pete / Clearwater / Tampa is blessed to have Jo-Els! Their fresh foods are always great and delicious (under conservative kosher supervision). Thank you Jo-els for your continued stellar quality and service!

There wasn't anything the we ordered that we had an issue with. The pastrami was amazing! Corned Beef was perfect! The Brisket had me having a flashback to the Jewish Holidays in NY. Everyone was so welcoming, offering suggestions, We will definitely be back!! Thank You Jo-Els!!
I ate at Jo-El"s for the first time today. I only wish I had found Jo-El's 18 years ago when I moved to this area.
The food on a scale of 1-10 was a 20+, every single person working made us feel like family and I felt like I was in a kitchen that belonged to a family member.
Of course I took home the best cookies and Halvah that tasted like I remember. And rendered chicken fat to make an old recipe .
I can't wait to go back. The BEST.
Parking: Parking is right in front in a parking lot only for Jo-El's customers.

We were disappointed! We weren't there to eat but we decided to have a hot dog. We were used to the NY delis hot dogs that were cooked on a flattop grill not heated in a microwave served on a soggy roll.

Kosher Jewish deli/butcher shop/grocery/Café!!!!! The food is amazing! I had the hot pastrami and the vegetable soup and the potato dish all were equally delicious. Plenty of tables to sit down and eat your lunch. Extremely friendly people. Great customer service. Great value. Great quality.

Truly a hidden gem. First I would have to say how exceptional the staff is from the butcher to the cashier to the owners! My husband and I had a late trip towards close time and we were scared of the reactions but needed kosher food to eat and was tired of snacking on chips from generic stores. The nearest restaurant being more then an hour drive JO-EL’S was our only option. Not only are we greeted with smiles but my kids had the pleasure of performing a mitzvah with the help from staff. It was truly a remarkable down home feeling. A feeling of customer service that you would NEVER get from a store. I’ve been to many different kosher groceries and this is the only store that made me feel like I entered the living room of their home. So much so that the food is so good I HAVE to talk about Lana’s gefilte fish potato salad and her sweets! They’re planted all around the store. Look for the name SWEETLANA I honestly took home so many I had to do a double take and realize that the same Lana at the store that I had such a pleasure of getting to know was the same Lana who made the cake in the freezer section as well as the cookies on the counter. I will for sure be going back monthly for the gefilte fish and sweets by Lana. Oh and if you need an idea for the bagel crisp, I made bruschetta with mozzarella cheese and oh my was it a hit. By the way did I mention that SWEETLANA is parve! Don’t walk RUN for those cakes and cookies
Great place for authentic food. This place is very busy as there aren’t many places like this that make the food from scratch. I wish I could give them a higher amount of stars. Highly recommended.
