We love Kahwa and frequent the downtown locations often. Unfortunately this location does not have the correct temp setting on their machine. Both our coffee came out screaming hot (burned my tongue) and even when cooled the coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Team might need some more machine training.

When this place opened it had good coffee and pastries. No anymore. The last 2 times i was not impressed with their coffee, on top of that the croissant was dry and overcooked.

The fall pecan latte was delicious as well as the chocolate chip croissant. I’m from out of town & didn’t know what to try. The workers were patient with me, friendly & helpful.

One of my favorite locations. Typically quiet and a great place for homework or a quick relaxation. This location has 1 bathroom, 3 or 4 couches, high top tables and low top tables both inside and out. The parking lot is smaller so a great option if you live in the neighborhood. There is also a drive thru window to place and pick up orders. The staff is great - especially Alissa (spelled wrong i'm sure) and Boris. Using the APP there are lots of rewards, coupons and options to order ahead of time. I recommend this local coffee company.

I didn't get a chance to try it the two days we worked the mobile tower behind this location, all I can say is this place was super busy with people coming all the time. The smell of coffee and bagels filled the air! Definitely trying it next time. ?

I have been coming here in the morning after night shift and the employees never say good morning or hi. They made my coffee the nitro cold brew without nitro the last time and I asked to switch to something different and they were not accommodating or kind about it.
This morning the employee didn’t say hello, bye, or have a nice day. The only words out of her mouth was “take this” referring to the credit card machine in the drive through. The customer service is lacking big time and I’ll be exploring other coffee places from now on that seem happy to service their customers.

I had a very great experience at this location. Horace was SUPER polite and was very patient while I was thinking of which coffee to order. The place was kept clean and my coffee was delicious! I would highly recommend this place!
