Kobé Japanese Steakhouse - St. Petersburg

We had the kobe trio, edamame, steak, filet and shrimp. Everything was great, large portions and very well cooked. The host, chef, waitress were all professional and attentive. Definitely returning

The food last night was absolutely phenomenal the fried rice to the noodles to the teriyaki chicken and the vegetables. Everything was seasoned perfectly well the most delicious meals I've had in a while love this place.

My 1st time there and I found that the food was not very good flavor wise. Rice and Noodles were Good, Soup Poor, Salad Fair, Steak Chicken and Shrimp were Fair. Overall the price was expensive for the meal. No Birthday discount! Overall a Poor rating. Do Better Kobe!!

Always the greatest Hospitality of service! And I love that the cooks always have a great personality! Quality of the food is also on point.

Had a good time, a little noisy at times. Elvis our cook did a great job and very nice and talkative with us. Value was good and the food was great!

Bao and Tofu were amazing! They handled our group so way and made sure our bride was celebrated! The food was exceptional I've never had Kobe as good as this location seriously. They put garlic in the fried rice and noodles that was SO good! Highly recommend :)

We have celebrated many occasions here and always great food and entertaining chef. I believe our chef may have been new because he dropped his utensils many times during his performance and rice seemed to be quite burned for the majority of us overall chef was very pleasant and server very nice

Love Kobe. Food is great. But the prices are getting really high. Especially for takeout where you don't even get the show 🤷🏼‍♀️

We visited Kobe Steakhouse in St. Petersburg to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a group of nine. The atmosphere was lively, and the food overall was very good—classic hibachi flavors with generous portions. Everyone enjoyed the taste and presentation. The service, however, felt a little rushed. Our chef prepared everything quickly and served it in a way that made it hard to keep up with eating before the next dish arrived. While this isn't unusual for hibachi-style dining, it did feel a bit hurried for a special occasion where we hoped to linger and enjoy the experience more. There was a small hiccup with my youngest daughter's order, but the staff corrected it quickly and handled it well, which I appreciated. Despite that, the experience was enjoyable. The food tasted great, the birthday celebration was memorable, and we would return again. Kobe offers a fun dining experience for groups and special occasions, even if the pacing can be a little fast.

Yummy sake & smoked old-fashioned. Seating with 8 other folk. Delicious Japanese hibachi meal: soup, salad, rice, veggies, noodles, steak for hubby, scallops for me. Very entertaining chef and staff. Looking forward to our next visit.
