We hit the food truck in Vinoy Park this weekend. Although the food was ok, the service and wait were not.1:30 pm, we entered the line behind 2 people. At 1:57 they took orders from all three of us. They then told us it would be 30 minutes for our burgers to be ready. At 2:46 we finally got our food.While waiting, the cashier handed the wrong meal to someone. The customer opened her container, filled mayo and ketchup cups, and placed them into the pack. The cashier told her he gave her the wrong meal and asked her to pass it back. The customer opened it back up and removed the cups (now touching the food twice.) The container was handed to a separate group a minute or two later.That same stack of cups had been knocked to the ground by a pair of kids who picked them up off the grass and placed them back out for use.Great idea, good burger choices, but they really need some logisitical improvements before I'd consider going back.
