I should have known this wasn’t a good spot by the fact so many people passed by here.
Where do I begin.
I grabbed 2 burgers one for me and one for my wife. I grabbed a “platter” for an extra 2 dollars and got a kiddy sized fry. Literally looked like the kids size fries from
McDonald’s (tasted like it too). Then the presentation for dine in… no tray, just burgers in tin, with a child size portion of fries labeled as “platter”. Burger was decent, just a thin patty. My opinion, save your money and go to Burger King down the street this place is a rip off! I left here hungrier than I arrived! They need some serious change in atmosphere, food portioning, cleanliness, and service for me to ever try again or recommend. I rate this place a solid 1 out of 5 stars, it has potential just not close to where it needs to be, especially being located on the strip.
Best part I said something about the portion of the fries and the size of the burger. The return “do you want to buy another fry?”
No I just want a decent portion for a “burger platter” that I purchased. Especially for a dine in.

Had a cheese burger 🍔... Nice sized patty and perfectly seasoned. Basically, exactly and more than what I expected when ordered. Will definitely be back. Like supporting a small business like this. With food costs and overhead going crazy would like to see this place make it. Support local! ✌️👏💪

Honestly the best Philly I have ever had.
Absolutely the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had! The cheese is not cooper, the meat was not rib eye and was burnt to a crisp! The roll was frozen! These people should be ashamed! Horrible! My order was 44.00
Incredible!

Finally got to try this spot, the food is AMAZING, the guys working were super friendly and laid-back, and the bar itself is a cool atmosphere. 10/10 will go back.

Stopped in here with my husband and stepson to grab a bite to eat since my husband spotted the signs of me getting hangry and was trying to calm the beast. Yes, the prices are a little high, but when real meat is used I will gladly pay for the quality. My husband and I ordered a cheesesteak with coopers sharp cheese, mayo, onions and mushrooms and a small fry. The sandwich was SO good!!! The bread was soft, the meat was high quality and delicious. The flavors of everything in the sandwich all melded together perfectly far exceeding my expectations. And the fries? I think I cried some tears of joy to realize that the art of fry making is not dead. They were golden and crispy and the flavor was perfect. The taste transported me back to my childhood when McDonald's fries didn't taste like hot garbage and reminded me that it is possible to have good fries withiout a greasy chemical aftertaste. My stepson's BBQ chicken cheesesteak with provolone was very well seasoned and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We all enjoyed our lunch and my hanger was squelched. We left with full bellies and huge smiles on our faces. If you haven't stopped in here, definitely give this place a try. So far, it's the best Philly cheesesteak I've found in the Bay area...and I've been looking for years.

Not sure why the negative reviews but I don't have any complaints. I suspect people are not crazy about the prices, but quality isn't cheap. We stopped in for lunch and I think this is going to be the new cheese steak spot. They are better than Delco's and serve all the flavors you expect from a philly. Not to be left out, let's talk about the bread. It was perfect for mopping up those delicious cheesesteak flavors and leaving plenty of nooks and crannies for the cheese to flow into. I wish it was a little cheaper, because it is pricey but if that's what it cost to get this kind of flavor than that's what it cost. PS turn the sound off on the arcade machine.

Good sandwich. Cheese went all the way around the inside like they didn’t skimp on the cheese. Bread soft. Chill inside as well. Employees were nice. Mike the cook was a cool guy. I’m coming back

Got the classic cheese steak with provolone and fried onions, some crab fries, and a Pennsylvania Dutch Birch beer. It was awesome and I can't wait to go again!
