The Manager on duty is rude and I believe has an issue with gays. She pushed my drink to the edge of the county and told me that it’s best that I leave before she has to have me removed. What? I just got there. I haven’t drank anything yet. There was no correspondence between us, previously. I almost think she’s a Psychopath. Many of my friends will not go back here due to this experience. Never again! I hope they go out of business. She will run them into the ground.
I recently visited lost and found and was appalled by how I was treated regarding my service animal. Under the ADA, individuals with service animals are legally allowed full access to all areas where the public is permitted, and they cannot be segregated or denied entry. Despite this, I was refused access and treated with outright rudeness and discrimination. The woman I spoke with was dismissive and showed no understanding of the law or my rights. Businesses have a legal and ethical duty to accommodate service animals and treat all guests with respect. Denying access and segregating individuals with disabilities is not only unacceptable but also illegal. I hope lost and found takes immediate steps to educate their staff and comply with the law to prevent this kind of discrimination in the future. Please reach out to me regarding this I would not recommend this business to anyone who values inclusivity, respect, and proper customer service. Straight from the Ada.gov website it says: Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go. For example, in a hospital it usually would be inappropriate to exclude a service animal from areas such as patient rooms, clinics, cafeterias, or examination rooms. However, it may be appropriate to exclude a service animal from operating rooms or burn units where the animal’s presence may compromise a sterile environment.

Have been here before however unreasonable and rude security tonight. Wouldn’t let in a group of 30+ year olds because we were Canadian without American identification. We had multiple pieces of Canadian identification with us each. Very disappointed

Went for one drink. Was awesome! Lots of beautiful humans human-ing to the fullest. The tenders tended pleasantly! Music was disco and 80s which is hard to find. If I want out more often, it would be to here . Also lots of seating. If you love to dance free of judgement. go!
Parking: For a Thursday night I was surprised to find parking up front.
