My man Tyler is the best ever. Made our Kratom drinks perfectly. He even got the karaoke started for us with the sweet home Alabama song. What a great person he is. Mad Hatters is lucky to have him. Keep up the good work Tyler!!

Literally just flew into Tampa from Denver to come meet some friends and since they are at work I decided stop by the nearest kava bar I could find! Walked into mad hatters and it’s nothing but love and welcoming here! My tenders name was Tyler and not only did he give me the run down on all the product but he also took his time to get to know me and have a one on one conversation! ALSO HE JUST HIT A YEAR SOBER SO GO CONGRATULATE HIM!! Good vibes ,good people and most of all great product! Next time I am in town I will for sure stop by with out a doubt ! What a cool place man we aren't from here and I came with a party of 6 people and we where a little curious about this place so we had to give it a try and we where a little skeptical and we met Tyler at the bar and he made are experience a very pleasant experience what an extremely great server he helped each one of us figure out what would be best for for each one of us I mean he gave us the time and explained it all to us and we got to try all kinds of different things we never tried and we ended up spending more than we wanted but it was so worth he also got us to get a hookah and we went down the rabbit hole ask about that one it's super fun . We will definitely be back and thank you so much Tyler management did great training this young man . # hatters
