I don’t understand how everyone rates this a 4 or higher..This place deserves a 3 and that’s being nice.Me and my spouse went in and were greeted and sat right away. At a first glance with the menu and sauce menu, I was extremely disappointed.Service was average, something similar of a robot taking your order and doing the bare minimum. (Service vs Hospitality)ORLANDO asian spots do it better!!KEY points for me.Drinks are ok. when asking for a “Arnold palmer” they gave us brisk tea..• All of the dishes were subpar to below of what they were priced at.• Apps were ok, wouldn’t recommend anything but maybe the dumplings.. even though their “pan seared, is literally deep fried.” even then it was average.• The sushi was average but not bad, and was probably the best part of the dinner.• The food resembled asian cooking a beginner at home “chef” would make. Making it yourself at home would be more flavorful than this.** It was a red flag for me noticing the pictures of the food and environment had more effort put into it than the actual menu. The environment resembled more of a old diner remodeled to be a restaurant.** The restaurant also seemed to be oddly quiet especially with the amount of people that were there. You can’t hear the kitchen making the food at all..** I also do not understand why they reiterate “wok tossed” when the beansprouts are raw and almost all the veggies on their menu come practically as a garnish and are cut in fat chunks instead of using julienne slices of vegetables.also PLEASE STOP using cilantro as a garnish on your noodles.** The meat inside the food is practically flavorless and they rely on sauces and seasonings on-top before cooking.Yakitori was mid, tasted like salt and pepper steak. I’d suggest using a sweet Szechuan blend and dipping it prior to grilling.Marinated and velveted meat would be more flavorful.Like I said resembles at home cooking but the kind your inexperienced teenage kid would attempt.• All sauces are overpriced from 1-2$Sauces are ok and most lack flavor and need a revamp especially their soy bean sauce. In my humble most honest opinion, this place looks like they have their attention in the wrong areas. Latin Asian fusion done wrong. keep it simple as the menu needs a rework.I personally would not make the effort to go here again as there are better spots around.Do yourself a favor and skip this one on your itinerary.

I really want to like this place, but the sad truth is that the food is just very mediocre. I went there with a friend for dinner last night and we sat outside. Great atmosphere, great service. But the food? Meh. I honestly don’t know why people love this place. I started with the pork dumplings and I’m quite sure they were cooked from frozen. They looked like any frozen dumpling you would get from a market. I’ve honestly had tastier dumplings from Trader Joe’s. Very tasteless. I had the Volcano Roll and it was okay. Nothing stood out. Then I had the mango and sticky rice for dessert. Again, okay. But I’ve had much better. With wine, I spent snout $75 for a meal that was just okay. I won’t be going back, unfortunately.

This was a very happening place to be, even on St. Paddy’s day. Downtown St. Pete was alive. The weather was absolutely beautiful and a perfect day to sit outdoors and enjoy people-watching of the passerby’s. The service was attentive and expedited quickly. The food had amazing flavor and texture. It was so good! I posted on Instagram and tagged Mangosteen.

The owner is very kind and cares about his business very much. he make sure that all of his customers are having a top-notch experience while eating here. Our soup was delicious. The sushi was delicious and the mango tacos were delicious. My main dish was not that good. It was very bland and tasteless. our waitress was great. The atmosphere was perfect.

Hip Korean fusion restaurant. Good prices for lots sharable eats. Not 5 star quality but great for the price. Fun hip date night or out with friends atmosphere in downtown. Super fast food service from order to at your table in under 5min...im not exaggerating.

The food is amazing, we ordered the tempura shrimp roll, mangosteen noodle, lao lemongrass roll. Mangosteen noodle tasted better than it looked, noodle is thin but it is so flavorful. The lao lemongrass pork pieces are perfect texture! The duck dumpling has thin skin and the inside is like pulled pork texture. Definitely recommend.

Went to dinner on Saturday, and I must say the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Everything was brought to us so fast I couldn’t believe it! The place was packed and the only thing negative was it was so freakin loud… got to love the atmosphere. This was our second visit and we’ll surely be back soon. Loved it!

Great experience and service here but even better food the crunchy roll is phenomenal and the steak drunken noodles absolutely hit the spot. Bonus the 22-43 cocktail is a must try for all you bourbon lovers it’s like an old fashion but they add Brazilian banana liqueur.
