The staff are praised for their exceptional service and friendly demeanor, particularly highlighting the outstanding hospitality of Shantia, who greets every customer like family. The food is consistently delicious, with some of the best coffee in the area. The fried chicken on a biscuit is especially noted as a must-try. The Retro Breakfast is absolutely delicious--perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The waffles were just as impressive, crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The power bowl with sausage was great, seeming like the healthiest thing on the menu with eggs anyway you want it, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese, and originally with bacon, but they were easy about making substitutes. The biscuits here are very good and the service was good too. While it can be busy on weekends, making it a great place to relax with coffee or OJ, parking can be a challenge. Overall, Maple Street Biscuit Company is a solid spot for a memorable meal and experience.
