“Pizza has been very good for a chain I think it’s a step above dominos, as far as service I’ve had delivery and it was delayed an extra 20 minutes driver apologized must have been behind, now when I picked up the pizza I get notification it’s ready, and they had a service where I wait in the car, so I wait it’s raining of course hard then it stops, I waiting nearly 25 minutes, I call them no answer multiple times, I wait another 6 minutes no answer, I walk in and wait for 2 people ahead of me they had 5 employees some laughing and working ( nothing against positivity in the work place ) I told lady my order and she said oh we didn’t have a carrier to bring pizza out to you she apologized, I told her I was waiting and I called and no one picked up phone, oh yea we are very busy with orders and don’t pick up the phone, I’m like ok, I leave and the pizza was good and warm, but that service they should review with management if they can’t bring the pizza out to the vehicle let the customers know don’t make them wait extra time, thanks“
