They delivered the incorrect pizza 4 times!!! It is unbelievable the amount of difficulty these people have with making a simple pizza with only 2 added toppings. Do not order here if you enjoy getting what you pay for!

I know someone who worked here and they said there are many food safety violations everyday. Just don't be surprised if you get food poisoning. Not worth it for me, even with some of the deals they have. Apparently the manager and the main cook are jerks too.

Incredibly rude! I called and asked to substitute mushrooms for the red onion and the lady said it was already in the oven so I said never mind. Upon arrival, the lady said she made both of them. Puzzled, I asked what she meant and she refused to answer and proceeded to ignore me -handed me my pizzoli with a scowl. Such people should not be in customer service. Not to mention, if I knew I'd get rubbery mushrooms straight out of the can, I wouldn't have ordered that regardless

Tried to place an order over phone. Staff told me that they were no longer taking orders over the phone or online so the only way to place an order was to come in and wait. It was very inconvenient and the staff was rude. Staff was black with pixie cut and had a big attitude.

Just ordered here for my first time; I did call ahead to place it and was going to be picking up. The price I was first given def threw me off but after the employee heard my voice change he came back with a much better price. Once I arrived to pick up I was greeted by a super pleasant employee. (I wish I got his name but it was on 8/1/24 @ 330ish) He then explained how the deals work on the pizzas so my advice is if your going to be calling in to order always ask what the special deals are. We will definitely be back after the great service today and how delicious the pizza was. Perfectly cooked; nice thin pizza with the right amount of cheese and toppings and just enough grease to make it even better. We are looking forward to trying more of their specials and items.

Ordered pizza at 9:17pm order stated delivery by 9:54 pm It's now 10:23 pm and on my Marco's App tracker it says Delivered. It has not been delivered
I called Marco's at 10:26 pm and advised them of the situation. They checked my order and I was advised she just with my order. I asked why does it say it was delivered already when it wasn't.
I asked for a manager and I am on hold time now 10:34 pm They are terrible service would be rated a 0 Zero if it were an option. If your hungry or having a party don't call Marcos
I have a large office and have ordered from here a few times now and Taverris does a wonderfull job preparring our pizza and getting it to us nice and hot and on time will keep ordering this is our new favorite place for pizza and wings

I was suddenly craving a meatball sub...went to my doordash app...and this place was suggested. I've lived in St Pete forever and never heard of it.It said I had 7 minutes to order....I'm assuming they were all ready to go home and didn't give af and threw my sub togetherIt was freezing cold (!!!) and hardly had any meatballs.Smh!!Places seriously need to remember how much it costs us to give their place business via food delivery apps.Unacceptable quality of food....how hard can it be to heat up a meatball sub!!!? ??????

Found a 50 percent off coupon and figured, why not? Glad I did! This pizza is really good! Generous amount of toppings and cheese, flavored crust and dipping Sauce! Little on the pricier side, but very cheap with coupon! Pies were done quickly!
