A MUST!!!! Hands down freshest most flavorful Mediterranean I’ve had in my life. Traveling from DFW (the land of all the foods) and this hidden jem tops them all!! Greek Salad was amazing, Chicken Sauté was even better, pita is made fresh, falafel is wonderful. Cannot recommended this place enough!

Chef Bora and his team have done a fantastic job providing an authentic and tasty Turkish experience. This is our favorite Turkish restaurant in St Pete and we have it several times a month. Highly recommend the lentil soup, hydari, chicken platter and the kofte (lamb and beef meatballs)! The baklava there is the perfect dessert to finish a hearty meal.
Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Very cozy and reflective of the Turkish culture. Authentic Turkish freshly prepared food. Very generous portions.We had the lentil soup which had a hint of spicy without overpowering it. The hummus was delicious, the salad was very fresh and crisp with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and feta with a very tasty dressing. Additionally, we ordered the yogurt kebab which we found to be very tender and flavorful.Needless to say we happily had food to take home with us.This is a small cozy restaurant with additional outdoor seating. It can be easily missed on the city block. With a very healthy fresh menu this is one restaurant you do not want to miss. Street parking may be difficult to find, but there is a parking garage. It is worth the effort for the exceptional dining experience.

Our service was incredible! Very cute decor and ambience. It was my choice for my birthday, and they even brought me out my birthday dessert and a cute bracelet. I would highly recommend Mio's to anyone.

How am I just discovering this place now?The food was authentic and wonderful. The owner and chef was a friendly presence in the restaurant. He and the staff seem to truly care if you are happy when they stop by to check on you. Nothing feels rushed or forced.My favorite item was the meatballs. This humbly named dish is packed with fresh flavor and perfectly cooked. My wife’s chicken sauté’ was very good but the meatballs kept causing her fork to wander on to my plate.Other highlights included a strong Turkish coffee in a beautiful cup and a honey infused backache.
The food and service are amazing! Such a cute atmosphere that is both cozy and beautifully decorated. We barely had to wait to get our food. The doner platter and falafel wrap were big hits. My sons wanted to make sure we gave a 5 star review.
