Delicious & consistent quality:
I have had Barbara’s fancy beautiful macarons at a handful of grand openings, birthdays, and markets. I get excited every time I see that somebody ordered from her for the event!

I finally ordered two dozen from her for a an event and she is so responsive with my custom requests. First of all, she was able to place the photo on them, and it is better than I imagined, and second of all yes she has dairy free options! AND every recipe is gluten free because she makes them the original way with almond flour (she explained that to me.)

These are the perfect consistency with rich flavor and I just love them!!!

Ordered an assortment of macarons for my daughter's 10th birthday party....the girls went crazy over the pink bow decorated macarons.... definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for amazing macarons....fruity pebbles flavor was the favorite for sure 😊.

We LOVE Barbara and moonlit macaroons. My wife is a big fan of her macaroons, especially the vanilla bean ones and all her fun designs so we usually get a couple dozen from her when we see her at local events & festivals. We recently got married and ordered several dozen macaroons from barbara for our big day and were MORE than impressed with how delicious they were plus she ensured they were on brand/theme/color scheme for our wedding. Guests raved about them and they definitely added a special, unique touch that people are still talking about. Can't wait to keep getting more macaroons from her in the future!

Moonlit Macarons is a St Petersburg gem of edible art! Her flavors and textures are spot on and her designs and decorations are beautiful and elevate any event. Barbara Baker is passionate about her handcrafted product- you can see and feel her heart in every bite. Moonlit can create gorgeous custom designs that will wow you and your clients or guests. Barbara also crafted delicious dairy- free fillings for her already gluten-free treats. I highly recommend her and her macarons!

Pictures look amazing. The Google listing should be more clear that this is like an “event caterer”and maybe remove the “hours”–thankfully I realized before I went that this is not a storefront, rather a house in a residential neighborhood.

Absolutely perfect! We recently visited Paris and had a longing for some good macarons. These were AMAZING! Just like the ones we had in Paris! Excellent service, beautiful presentation, and delicious! Thank you so much for accommodating our very last minute request! We can’t wait to order more!

I wish I could give Barbara more than 5 stars. She always adds that extra touch to make sure the macarons are perfectly delicious. I ordered these for a special event at Evander Preston Gallery over the 2024 holiday season and, once again, her macarons elevated the event to stellar level! 🌟

Moonlit Macarons are by far the best I’ve ever had. Barb custom made an assortment for my husband’s 60th birthday and people couldn’t get enough. I’ve ordered many times and the quality as well as the creativity of flavors and decorations are top notch. Highly recommend!
