I love nothing bunt cakes and try to go whenever I’m in the area. This past weekend I went and got a few different flavors including the new pumpkin spice. I just wanted to S/O I believe her name is Olivia for just really good customer service, she was really sweet and engaging. She even indulged me in conversation about my favorite flavors. No big deal but that natural kindness was appreciated.

I was stopping by here weekly to grab cakes for the nursing staff at Bayfront now orlando health. The staff seem to really enjoy it and remember everyone I stopped by to see my pops. Well last week I had to use the bathroom real bad and this place does not offer accommodations to the public. Good thing they opened a Whole Foods close by which sells little deserts for close to the same price. I felt bad about giving more money to Amazon. But that bathroom situation gives me flashbacks of NYC

There is a very nice comfortable layout and feel to this establishment as soon as you walk in it appears that you are planning for a big event or wedding. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and even a book to assist you with more difficult arrangements, there are full size cakes and little cute Bundt size mini cakes that resemble cupcakes. Also there is a significant collection of different flavors that will satisfy the most discriminating palate, except for my Wife! She was not impressed with the taste of the products we sampled as she said they tasted like they came from a box (Very Processed) and also were a bit much as far as sweetness for her tastes! In my opinion they were very tasty and also some other family members that we surveyed said the same. If you're planning a special event for anything and want to impress your guests with these little pastries this is definitely the place to do it!

First I will start off by saying that I've only had 3 flavors thus far and my favorite is Snickerdoodle, then white chocolate raspberry. My personal experience with customer service was great! I called in what I thought was an over-the-phone order for the two flavors previously mentioned, my friend ended up bringing back a chocolate bundt (I don't like chocolate cake). I called and spoke with a woman who was understanding and not only replaced the incorrect item but also provided an additional bundt (they all were the personal sizes which is what I ordered) I spoke to three different women who were all kind and understanding and allowed me to come get the replacement when it was convenient for me. Nothing major just kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. it's a nice building but not for dining in.

I ordered a 2 bundtlet tower, using doordash delivery, as I traditionally do for this location. I gift their cakes to friends and family OFTEN. Today was the first ever disappointment. To no error of doordash, the order was wrong, despite the invoice being correct. To add to the frustration, the Red Velvet bundtlet sent instead of the selected Reeses PB flavor, was molded. Visibly molded. Obviously this gift went directly to trash. Thankfully, doordash resolved. Not sure I'll be gifting these any longer. This was quite off-putting.

There cakes are to die for!! No kidding it's really good, my wife loves the red velvet one, so whenever I'm downtown st.pete I always make sure to stop and grab her one. They are a little pricey but it's well worth it though.
