Lovely cafe with great, fun decor. I ordered a cold brew and was nearly knocked off my feet by how strong it was. (This is a good thing!) I usually go easy on the sugar but this brew was so powerful I had to mellow it out a bit. Also tried a vegan cinnamon roll with my sister -- was definitely big enough to share -- and it was delicious and not too dense (unlike some vegan pastries I've had elsewhere). Service was prompt despite a big line. Will definitely return.

This coffee shop is super cute and the location is super nice, right in downtown St. Pete. The coffee is good, I always get an iced latte. This time around I wanted to try some of their seasonal drinks. I ordered the strawberry vanilla matcha latte and the strawberry lavender spritz, the matcha was ok and the lavender spritz was refreshing, fruity and delicious. This coffee shop is super popular so be prepared to wait, but the staff is super nice and efficient.

You spend a stupid amount of money on a ridiculous cup of coffee (specifically, a pour over) made in the most pretentious way, only to have two spoiled children stick their faces in it while it's being made. They have this boogie machine on the front counter, for all to see and swoon about, that automatically makes pour overs (y'all's drink dujuor). Two bratty kids of these boogie parents leaned I to the machine, touched the filters, and breathed all.over the pour overs being made. No one did a thing. This has to be a health code violation of some kind.Good thing I don't need to get my coffee from such a pretentious place to feel like my life has meaning, like most of the clientele there.

It's a really cute place with a lot of promise! When the person working the register has zero personality doesn't really tell you anything about any coffees basically act like you're boring them . There's other places to go. Coffee was average.

Fantastic coffee in Downtown St Petersburg! I've tried a good number around Hillsborough and Pinellas county, and this is in the top 5! Cold brew - perfect enough to drink black. It's a sipping cold brew and has a fruity finish. Iced lattes - have a unique, homemade taste with their flavors. The baristas shake (instead of stir) the flavors within, like going to a bar setting. Makes a frothy difference, only one will understand with tasting. Food - although it took some time (about 20 mins, far too long to wait personally for toast), it was delicious and fresh. Atmosphere - use of the open air very well. It was busy but more than enough seating. I don't like close to this location, but will be coming back because their rotating flavors, uniqueness and understanding their craft in coffee is something more places need. Absolutely this place has it!

Maverick Family Life
This was my second trip to St Petersburg and my second time to Paradeco! Not only is the coffee shop adorable - fun, bright colors, whimsy decor - but the food and drinks are great too. The place was packed on a Saturday morning when I visited, but the staff was working hard to get through the line as quickly as possible. I love the healthy menu options. We will visit here again on our next trip out!
