It is a very nice shop and great bagels. The young lady that waited on me was super with a kind heart. A homeless man purchased food and didn't have enough money, so she made up the difference from her own pocket. So I was next in line, and I gave her $10 tip for my $3 bagel. I thanked her for her kindness. ❤️ 5 🌟 $$

Visited Pete's Bagels based on a previous air BNB guest's recommendation and it hit the breakfast spot!
We ordered the Plant Pete, which came with vegan sausage, vegan egg, and a delicious aioli spread. I got it on the onion and garlic bagel, my boyfriend got the everything bagel.
Bagels were fresh and soft; the sandwich was so yummy, we returned the next day for another during our short stay in St. Petersburg.

The bagels were good. I appreciated the variety of options for bagels. It was also nice to see the vegan sandwich options. Vegan spread is available, though I didn’t try it. The store is pretty cute, though it was a bit stinky inside (need more ventilation).

The owner is correct. If taxes didn’t exist and they didn’t ask for a minimum 10% tip for their already well-compensated employees, then sure it’s $21.
