Delicious pierogies, cabbage rolls and borscht! The martini bar is absolutely amazing as well. The bonus? Ukrainian ownership and chefs... support these folks and Ukraine today, tomorrow and every day. The food looked so good i forgot to take a picture to share! Slava Ukraini!

Went for a celebration. The quality of service and food was outstanding. My family were customers even before the restaurant opened. We all had various meals. The lamb shank dinner is enough for two. UPDATE: Again, another great experience!

We had dinner at this lovely Ukrainian restaurant last weekend. I'm Ukrainian and I must say that the food was absolutely delicious. The pierogis (varenyki) with potatoes and farmer's cheese tasted amazing, very fresh, with the dough just the right thickness (it's an art really:), the kind that my mom and grandma would make. Borsch was great too, just like I remember from childhood, I haven't had it in such a long time, it was made with the owner's own family recipe I was told. And I loved the beet salad as well. Our dessert, the pierogis with sour cherries, disappeared before we could blink, they were that good. I'd gladly recommend this place. If you have never tried Ukrainian food, just go in and do it. My only regret is that we live close to 1.5 hours away, but I will definitely be back next time I'm in St. Pete. Thank you for such a nice dining experience that felt like home! I even got to practice my Ukrainian.

What a wonderful little place. My girlfriend and I had always wanted to try here but it was a little out of our way so we never got to it. But tonight we were out driving out to explore the nether regions of Central and ran across it and I’ve never been so happy we turned around to come in.I’m a big fan of Eastern European cuisine and this is by far the best I’ve had. The borscht is incredible, as is everything else. The pierogis are simply the best you’ll ever have. Perhaps what was unexpected is how incredible the kielbasa (kvolasba) was.The owner Roman was incredibly personable and his staff is amazing. What turned out to be a lucky jaunt turned into our new favorite restaurant in St. Pete.

This spot is not for me. It should be unlawful to charge sit down prices and have the resturantur microwave your food. I was disappointed.

I've been to PB twice (when they just opened and recently). There won't be a 3rd time. The borsht is fine, which you can't mess up. Perogies (varenikis) are ok, but can't say I enjoyed them, the variety minis, confusing what you have, and they seemed warm to cold, greasy and for a ridiculous overpriced. Chicken Kiev, seemed like it came from a box, nothing special for an overpriced meal. The menu is confusing, the ambiance? looks like a run down place, the bathroom was in bad shape, so i can imagine the kitchen. dirty tables, booths, they could do better. The place is empty, only 4 table-booths of people. The owners need to understand, you are running aground. Improve or just shut down. They are using the Ukraine war as a marketing stunt for them, waving the two flags, but Pierogi Bar is not the best place to go to enjoy a night out with a date, it looks like a run down environment.

This place is only good for one visit.Worst part is not that plates are small, food is dissapointing and highly overpriced, but the fact how rude the owners are!Just read their replies to the reviews...My verdict!UKRANIAN FOOD WITHOUT THE SOUL!

Pierogi Bar is a Ukrainian restaurant and martini bar in Florida. It is the first of its kind to offer full-service dining and has already gained popularity since its opening in 2022. The interior is decorated in Ukrainian style. When you visit Pierogi Bar, be sure to try their signature dish, Pierogi. They offer six different styles, each one delicious, but keep in mind that the size of each pierogi is small, similar to a dumpling. They also offer vegetarian pierogi with potato fillings like potato and mushrooms, potato and cheese, potato and cheddar, and sauerkraut. However, I would have preferred if they had pierogi with mushrooms or cheddar or cheese only. This is because when I tried pierogi with potato and mushrooms, potato and cheese, potato and cheddar, etc., I could not taste the full flavor of the mushrooms, cheese, cheddar, etc. The potato filling was too dominant.Pierogi Bar offers a wide selection of drinks. They have a bar inside. The service is fast and friendly. The place has a dedicated section for parties and events. With so much food available, it's impossible to try everything in one visit. You should plan to visit several times to experience all they have to offer.I believe that the price is slightly higher than average but still reasonable.Vegetarian options: Pierogi with potato fillings like potato and mushrooms, potato and cheese, potato and cheddar, and sauerkraut. They also have salads.
