This is for the Tyrone Mall location. As a customer at your location as well as other eating establishments, I have seen the lackadaisical attitude of your employees. They sit behind what I guess is some sort of desk and I have seen numerous people who have looked to see what your employee is doing behind this desk and ultimately I have seen them walk away. I have also seen how they just kind of stroll, taking their time to get to the customer when they do notice them. I have been in customer service for 25 years and this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is obvious that they don’t care about the customers and are just there to collect a paycheck.

For mall food it was pretty good. my wife and I enjoyed what we got, but the problem we have is today while we were eating our lunch we sat across from their kiosk and watched as their employee sat in the back behind the desk of some sort with his head down, and all the food is lined up on the counter for people to walk by and view just like all the other restaurants and three individual customers came up and waited to be noticed And they never looked up and waited on them. That was three potential sales that they had and the customers walked away and went somewhere else and got their lunch and this was between 12:30 and 2:30 and you’re not gonna stay in business doing that, and their food is good. It is an Italian place pizza, spaghetti, and Specialty food and it is really good so I don’t know what it is they’re thinking but they’re not gonna be here long with that attitude. I’m really sorry to say that so they need to get some people that actually stay out front and converse with the people that come by and want to sell their food or they going to be out of here soon .

Tried the baked ziti and Caesar salad combo a couple weeks ago. The salad was drenched in Caesar dressing, but the flavor was good. Just way too much dressing. The baked ziti was served to me from behind the window but not heated. So it was cold and it had a very vinegary flavor which I didn’t like (maybe they add Italian dressing?). I also didn’t see any ricotta in the baked ziti. It was just ziti noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Wouldn’t get again. But they are new so I’ll give them another chance eventually. They were friendly so the service was good!
