Plant Love Ice Cream

One word - EXQUISITE!! Honestly what’s not to love - the options are all scrumptious, most are vegan so pretty gentle on the tummy, the seating is cozy, and the taste is darn yummy!

Amazing Ice Cream !

My favorite treat spot! The angel who makes the ice cream and is there 7 days a week is now one of my favorite people, I can’t get enough of the ice cream, but she’s the sweetest bite! My favorite flavor is the vegan snickers. I appreciate that they also serve dairy ice cream too, but their made-in-house vegan ice cream is the bomb—plant love is the staple ice cream of St. Pete ❤️

Some of the best ice cream around! We grabbed a pint of pumpkin snaps and a pint of cookie butter…both were exceptional! And great friendly service, too!

We had great expectations. Two small scoops for $15. The taste of the ice cream is difficult to explain. The closest we came is that it was sour. Chocolate and mint chocolate chip were our flavors. It seems the person serving may have been having a bad day. We wanted to like the place but will not be back.

They had many vegan flavors so that was nice. It wasn’t bad but also not the best vegan ice cream we’ve had.

Plant love use to be good, last time i was there last year. Now there ice cream sucks. And the new workers there are rude. Especially the girl that was there on 09/13/2025.

I drive more than a hour just to get some ice cream. I will never come back to this location.

Creamy and flavorful. One freezer is vegan and the other dairy. Server told me they added dairy about 5 months ago. Hence can only give 4 stars.

Best vegan (coconut milk!) ice cream I have ever had. They make theirs fresh and the vegan ones stay separated from the dairy ones. Sweet, calm, friendly atmosphere. Price was steep at first but given the quality I had to hand it to them. It was THAT delicious. There was a lot of beautiful artwork for sale on the walls and tables- I love that they support local artists. The decor and furniture gives this location a welcoming, inviting atmosphere so I stayed to enjoy my ice cream. Great for anybody wanting an ice cream cone or a five scoop sampler like me. It was so delicious I am wishing-and wondering- if there is a place like this back in Chicago!
