Deciding to close before 12 am at least update your hours

I ordered the spicy chicken combo sandwich and the chicken had no spicy mayo on it. I was so disappointed because I really had a taste for it. The spicy mayo is what makes the sandwich spicy. I had the food delivered through door dash and it came promptly so that was a plus because many reviews said that the service at this location is slow. The Cajun fries were really good. It was my first time trying them. I'm not sure if I'll ever order the spicy combo again through delivery because they might not put the spicy mayo on the sandwich again and then I'm stuck. That's the chance you take when ordering food that is delivered.

I ordered my food at 11 and it says they don’t close until 1 but when my delivery driver went to go pick up my order they said they didn't have anything i ordered. Which i find weird because i ordered 6 different things. I always have a problem with this store and the service is never good.

I ordered a 12pc family bucket, mash potatoes, & red beans and rice. I also added a large fry. It took nearly 10mins before my food was walked out to me, and I should've checked it in its entirety. Got home and found out they gave me 10pcs of chicken.

I don’t understand how this location is still in business. Anything you can think of from A-Z is wrong. It’s been that way for years. Word of mouth is powerful and they’re constantly serving old chicken because they allow it to sit in boxes under the hot lamp. The customer service is iffy as well. Every other location in Pinellas County is better than this location.

Food was not tasting right, threw away $38.49 worth of food. Wasn’t worth the argument with the 2 ladies who enjoyed talking trash about people in the drive through instead of working. This location has gone down hill fast. Definitely not coming back. Atmosphere was hostile, soda machine had no ice, roof or ac had a leak in the lobby. Just shut it down. Waste of time and money.

They closed the restroom just to avoid cleaning for the customers, the staff have BAD attitude and no intentions to help with question about the food.
I will never visit again

If they don’t like to do customer services they should get ANOTHER JOB.

Wings good, fries cold. Service... I hope they were new at the job otherwise it is difficult to understand so many mistakes. Check your order for missing items (side orders, sauces, napkins, soda cup, fork).

Looked like someone cut most of the breast off before battering and frying, breasts and wings were overcooked too. Biscuits, slaw and red beans and rice were good.
