Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This particular Popeyes is notorious for giving you the wrong order. Even using the Kioshi, they give you dark meat instead of the white you order. Also ask is it white? YEP they say and then no it isn't. I hate dark meat so very disappointed when I get home with the meal. Happened numerous times, staff can't read so I won't visit this Popeyes anymore. Gave them enough chances.

Drive thru line moved decently, speaker didn’t work very well. The store was out of straws, several drink options and the staff was very short with their communication

I usually enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was extremely disappointing. More than half of my order was missing, and what did arrive was subpar. I ordered a Tackle Box Shrimp Basket, but they forgot the sauce I paid for as well as the Cajun Fries. To top it off, the shrimp tasted unpleasant and not fresh.

It didn’t stop there—my 3 Chicken Sandwiches arrived without any sauce, and despite paying extra for dipping sauces, not a single one was delivered. It felt like there was no attention to detail or care for the order.

I expected better, especially when paying for extras. This experience really tarnished my opinion of Popeyes. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and work on improving their service.

The worst fast food place ever. Nothing fast about it. Staff ignores you for 15+ minutes. Impossible to get service. Constantly out of items.

I wish they had a zero ⭐ button. I sat in drive thru my entire lunch break. People working there are unbelievable. Pretty sure this location will be closed soon.

Run from this place They do not care about you or your food

This location gives doordash orders to their friends the poor doordash drivers drives all the way there only to get no pay because the store manager closes the store early each night and the employees all steal food. I've been doing doordash over 65 orders at this location and never actually picked an order up from here. BE

Ordered spicy tenders and was told after paying that they don't have spicy tenders. It's literally 3pm and theyre out of spices? Every single location I've ever been to has done this and doesn't have spicy chicken. I guess every single manager at every location in Florida doesn't know how to keep spices stocked. I will NEVER be back to any popeyes location. KFC or churches. Thanks for nothing and terrible customer service

Everytime I come to this location they never have bbq sauce !

Cashier at the window gave the worst experience ever. Then to get my receipt they would have to take my phone to take a picture of it instead of having the ability to print it out?

The food is always great here, but the experience of getting the food is always abysmal.
