Very poor service, came in 10 minutes before they closed to pick up a bowl and was told to leave because they were closed. Server was extremely rude and the last two orders I have had from this establishment were incorrect.

Had a horrible experience day this morning. Met a small group of people for a networking gathering and waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I had to get into the meeting so I had to step away from the counter without taking my order, but the gentleman said that he would come in the room and get my order as soon as he was done. I sat through the whole meetingwithout anybody ever coming in and taking my order so I had to leave with no coffee and no refreshment. Very poor service.
First visit was a good one, egg and cheese sandwich was good. It just needs some sauce or seasoning to add a bit of flavor. Nice and clean and great service.

I finally drove myself to downtown St Pete to check out Raining Berries, on Central Ave between 16th St and 17th St. I kept it simple with an Americano coffee plus an egg and cheese everything bagel. Both were delicious. The young man behind the counter was very nice and personable. There's a few outdoor tables, which were great on this cool October morning and the seating inside is warm and inviting. There even a private conference/meeting room available. I'm definitely going to have to get over my avoidance of downtown and return soon.

It's a really fun atmosphere and there is a conference room for groups working on a project, and photo ops for Instagram obsessed. It's a win win

recently had the pleasure of trying both the tomato soup and avocado toast from Raining Berry, and I must say, they made for a delightful experience! The avocado toast was equally impressive. Served on perfectly toasted gf toat , the avocado was creamy and ripe, with a rich, buttery flavor that was simply divine. It was topped with a sprinkle of sea salt and a dash of red pepper flakes, enhancing the taste and adding just the right amount of kick.

I live in the apartments attached to this place and it is always such a safe bet to cure a hangover or crush a protein shake from. Killer customer service from McAllister 💪

Worst service we’ve had in a very long time. Will not be recommending or returning. Shame on the manager for not having a handle on his business or employees.
Having only 2 employees on shift to make smoothies & açaí bowls for people on a Saturday. Who do you expect to take orders and have customer service?
Our group of 4 walked in and noticed one employee on FACETIME with a AirPod in his ear. We were never greeted or told “we’ll be with you shortly.” Took them 5 MINS to come to the front to take our order despite us being the only customers in the building. The employee had zero manners so I was polite but it’s safe to say - I did not tip.
We ordered 3 smoothies, that’s it. A group of 4 came in behind us and they all received their order before we even got ONE of our smoothies. We waited 20 minutes for an overpriced ($11) mediocre smoothie that comes with a straw as thin as a toothpick. Not even properly blended with protein chunks sitting at the bottom.
Raining berries, please clean up your act. Hire better or actually manage your staff. Make sure there are more than 2 employees working to take care of your customers. You should be embarrassed.
I’m sure they’ll reply with “we’re so sorry for your experience and will look into this” but I’m not buying it.

Such a great staff. Love stopping in for a coffee and sometimes a smoothie. Such a great place to work when I don’t need to be at the office.

Tried this place the other day since I always pass it on my way to work and was curious. I was craving something sweet and bought a chocolate chip and pb Nutella cookie. Sounds good right? Yeah no they were absolutely rancid. Thick, wet, and undercooked. My coworker also got the green smoothie and it was full of clumps. Save your money folks.
