The place is really cute and comfy. The service was great, staff is kind and helpful. I had an açaí bowl and a coffee. The coffee was good. The açaí bowl was okay. The base is not made fresh or in house and has a sweet processed taste thus I gave the place a 4 star rating.

Such a cute coffee shop/açaí stop! Great place to grab lunch and a coffee and do some work. Lots of different seating options and a conference room. All of the items we ordered were delicious - a honey lavender soy iced latte, a caramel vanilla soy latte and an açaí bowl. Definitely recommend if you’re in the areaDietary restrictions: Vegan options

Horrible service experience. Waited over 20 minutes for a single smoothie to then have to ask for a refund as they had not even started on my order and I was in a time crunch.

This place was fantastic! The coffee was OUTSTANDING!!! We had a Raining Berries Coconut Bowl and a Matcha Bowl which were unbelievably delicious. We also loved the friendly family friendly atmosphere and joyful decor. Will definately be back!Parking: Street parking out front. We were there mid week and mid afternoon and found a spot in front with no problems.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly!

I was very disappointed that my acai bowl had almost no acai. It was full of a full peanut butter and granola crust. I had the raining berries bowl. I like to actually have acai and taste it if I am having an acai bowl. If I wanted to eat peanut butter I could have done it at home and saved $13. I am posting a picture of the Peanut butter and granola crust that I was not able to eat. Next time I will be heading to Playa bowls.

Ask about their green tea with pomegranate and have them add honey. :-)

Very bummed by our experience. Complete lack of quality. The smoothies my husband and I received were extremely watered down. The consistency was like milk, not even close to a smoothie. We expressed this to the gentlemen working and politely asked if they could remake the smoothies. He acted very strange about this and his body language seemed to imply it was an issue. I suggested maybe just throwing a few frozen berries to thicken up the smoothie. He seemed confused by this, shrugged his shoulders, and wandered into the back where then we saw that everything comes in pre-packaged, frozen cups and he was just adding way too much liquid. There were no other customers in the store and it took him 15+ minutes to remake our 2 smoothies, begrudgingly. It was very uncomfortable. No smiles, no “sorry about that! hope this is better!”, nothing. He seemed annoyed. Its not only a lack of passion, it’s a lack of competency or caring at all. From the dust on the fake plants in the bathroom, to the “made in china” sticker on the faux floral wall next to the register they never tore off, to the huge chips in the paint from chairs scratching the walls no one ever bothered to touch up, to the nearly non-verbal awkward staff…this place screams “we don’t really give a sh*% and your smoothie will taste like it too.”

I had a great first experience at Raining Berries today. I had an iced Honey Lavendar latter and the Pink Flamingo bowl. Both were excellent. It was also a nice place to study with my friend. I will be back again soon!
