What a wonderful place! The food was outstanding yet super farm to table healthy. We met one of the owners who could not have been more charming in what was already a superbly charming setting. We came just after an event and were not prepared for the selection of creative drinks (both alcoholic and not) that were available. We will definitely be back soon and will make a full evening of it as there is much to savour! Thank you for bringing such a lovely and unique restaurant to St Pete.

Fantastic first dining experience at Sol. Both my wife and I have some form of gluten sensitivity or allergy and we have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. It did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and while they are a gluten free facility, they did make sure to explain that some of the bread they used is made on shared equipment and had substitutions at the ready. I really enjoyed having a nice gluten free beer (the Pilsner) and my wife got the mojito cocktail which was incredible. Food was served as a good pace. It's not a very large place but it was cozy and had a nice ambiance. 5 stars all around, we will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Went out for birthday. Was immediately greeted by the owner who acknowledged everything listed on the reservation. Food was absolutely delicious and we will be back again very soon. Love to see a small business be about the people and be attentive to detail!

Our second time there and just as outstanding as the first time. I'm still dreaming about the vegan French onion soup and carbonara. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Wait staff so knowledgeable and owner worked the tables the entire night. The prix fixe with carrot soup, a salad, the ribeye (ridiculous) and sea bass with an orange almond flour cake of some sort was incredible. Cool vibe I'd highly recommend to anyone.

My second time at this restaurant and my second very positive experience. The food and service are immaculate. Some of the dishes are very creative and the drinks menu is extensive, including some nice nonalcoholic options. It's a true gem.

I wanted to take my non vegan sister somewhere fancy for her birthday. The vegan options were delicious, so much so that my sister opted for one herself. Fed three people for under $200 including tip. We all got drinks & desert too. Portions were not huge but we left full. The service was great. I can’t believe I hadn’t stumbled on the place sooner.

got the mushroom parm and mushroom soup and chocolate chip cookie, delish! threw it all up 5 hours later. also i should note i’m sober from alcohol. and it was $240 for two people!!! Updated from previous review on 2025-01-30
