Sōl St Pete Bistro

Found this place on a best gluten free restaurants in the St. Petersburg area list and so glad that we did. The food and service were both amazing, and opinion shared by the normally gluten eating members of our party. I would strongly recommend this restaurant for anybody who enjoys amazing food.

We came to visit St. Pete and while looking for dining options we ran across Sol which is completely gluten free with many other allergy accommodations. As someone with multiple allergies, it was a blessing to find them. The food was delicious and the service was great! Anytime we are close by we will definitely be back.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The ribeye steak was perfect and enough that I took half home. My girlfriend had a pasta fusion dish with Chilean Sea Bass...was also outstanding. Service was exceptional as well

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and service. The menu was simple and the flavors were astonishing. Organic and gluten free items and they did not disappoint. The greens were fresh and probably one of the best filets I've ever had. We will be back soon!

Sol Bistro is our favorite restaurant in Saint Pete. The food and service are always top notch.

Sol Bistro was an amazing dining experience and long overdue. We shared our first time reservation with like minded friends who appreciate great food and high quality food preparation. Pricey, but understandable given the measures taken to deliver the experience.

My favorite restaurant in St Pete! The ingredients are clean, fresh, organic and local when possible. It's completely gluten free and only uses sheep/goat dairy which is typically less allergenic. They have amazing a la carte and pre-fixed menus with something for carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. It's healthy and delicious. The way food should be! Whenever we have friends in from out of town we always bring them here. Everyone loves it!

Nice restaurant, but nothing to be excited about. I had the lasagna, which was decent. But it was mostly noodles and cheese - almost no meat or sauce. It tasted fine/good, but was disappointing as a meal. I appreciate that the place is gluten free - huge plus. The service was good and the place was pleasant. I also found the menu to be overly complicated. I get what they're going for, but it's execution is off. They'd be better to have their 4 course meal as a separate menu. Also, they'd benefit from dropping all the fancy jargon for their menu. Maybe some people eat this up. I wanted to like it more - other reviews were great. But for a simple $150 meal for 2, it does not live up to the hype, at all.

The food here is amazing!! I don't care whether you are vegan, gluten free, or not, you'll never have better food!

Wonderful experience. From start to finish. If you are celiac and are truly gluten free, this is the safe place to eat! Fermented alcohol, the most delicious bread, lasagna to die for, melty steak. They were attentive and caring and love serving yummy food. Thank you all!

As always, the food was terrific. The fact that it's gluten free makes it all the more amazing.
