I’ve tried to eat at Sabores Peru twice now, they have been closed early both times. It is very unfortunate because my partner and I both love Peruvian food and ceviche. However, the times are not reliable. I really wish they were true to their hours of operation!

A fantastic spot for ceviche lovers. The ceviche was incredibly fresh, with vibrant lime and just the right kick of spice. The combination of fish, red onion, and sweet potato was refreshing and well-balanced. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good, I ordered bread with pork rinds and it was delicious, apparently they don't have much variety but what I ordered was very good! What is not pleasant is the space they have, it is quite small, they share the place with a Mediterranean restaurant, by pure chance I entered there because it said Sabor S Peru, as I did not see anyone coming to welcome us, we sat at a small table that was for two people and I was with my daughter waiting for them to come and offer us the menu, apparently I saw the person serving there very calmly celebrating with other people at a table, he never came to help us because maybe he thought we were going to the other Mediterranean restaurant I don't know! We sat there for about 10 minutes and then I went to the area where the cashier's office is. When the young man saw that we were standing in front of the cashier who was celebrating with other customers, he stood up, approached us and told us what are you going to order? I am Peruvian and honestly the food is good but the service and the place are not very good. Today I called and they did not answer about 15 times to make a reservation for 5 people that is why I am writing this comment. After calling so much they answered me when one goes to the The official website says that on Sundays it is open from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The person told me tomorrow, Sunday, we will not open, and everything is full. I didn't understand ? Then he told me, give me your number, I'll call you in 10 minutes, I gave him my number and he never called me back, it's unfortunate because I already met my friends for tomorrow, Sunday, to go to Sabor S Perú ?? I had in mind to make the reservation because I was showing off my delicious Peruvian food! ? and now I'm left with nothing.

It is a place with 3 restaurants inside. The Peruvian restaurant is very good, all the flavors are on point, they have Peruvian food between ceviche, causa, squid chicharrón among others. I recommend coming to try the delicious Peruvian food!

My husband and I stopped by for lunch today and had delicious fried calamari, salad and Milanesa. Everything was cooked to perfection. The server was very attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. I would highly recommend coming here.
