The food is always on point It's just attitudes with the staff that kills me maybe if I stop spending $100 a week in there they'll find some better quality people to serve customers

5/25 We came back the next day for a refund and the managers on duty were extremely nice and understanding. 5 stars to the day managers.
We came here after times of getting bad service hoping it would be different, however today me and my partner were served raw chicken gizzards, we had 2 chicken gizzard combos, the potato salad was alright, but they refused to give us a refund due to the fact that we had ate our potato salad but the gizzards were inedible.

I went to Salem at 16th St and 18th Ave after church on Sunday at 10Am. The fish and fries were refried from the night before. Very unprofessional. I was a regular customer- now I won’t go back.

Not satisfied, I spent 14 bucks on a Philly and it was not good. I asked for mustard and pickles to be added when I got home nothing was added. Very disappointing paying for things and you dont receive it

the gyros are the worst i've ever had and I love gyros. the wings were the better part of the business and they are on the way down also. Gyros were buy one get one. I couldn't eat it and threw them both away.
This is for the OWNERS, it’s terrible to advise your employees to give customers 1 napkin! That’s very TACKY, we spending our money the least you can give is 3! How would you feel if you got down the road with one napkin. Please change that!!! AND THEY ARE CHEAP NAPKINS YOU GIVING THE CUSTOMERS ANYWAY!!!

Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was not made as I requested with no lettuce and no tomato. I paid to have it delivered and still had to drive to the store to have re-made. So I paid extra to use Uber just to come to store anyway. Sad
