Sauvignon is a great place for brunch! During Saturday and Sunday brunch, all bottles of wine/champagne up to $125 are 1/2 off, so enjoy mimosas or champagne with your brunch. Sauvignon has the best bacon in town by far. In addition to the stellar bacon, don't miss the buttermilk flapjacks or the smashburger. To top it off, the service is exceptional. The dynamic trio of Kalyn, Marietta, and Justin always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Go this weekend!
The bartender Jessica was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great suggestions. The staff is friendly. The pork chop was done perfect. We will be back.
Always a great selection of homemade pastas, steaks, fish and the best wine list in the area.
Our server Jess was fantastic! Her recommendations were spot on. The past was delish and the goat cheese appetizer! Great vibe overall
Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! This gem of a restaurant delivers on every front. Do yourself a favor and start with the goat cheese tart, it was rich, tangy, and absolutely superb. We also indulged in a seafood pasta special that can only be described as unforgettable, easily one of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever had. The flavors were so divine, if I were the Pasta Queen, I would have thrown my fork in joy after every bite! We paired it all with glasses of Barbera and Barolo. We will be going back!
Outstanding food! Goat cheese tart and the seafood pasta special were amazing. Will be back!
We had a nice time there. Food was excellent and the wine list had some depth. Very enjoable evening. Our waiter was very attentive as well.
Big Fan of this restaurant. The service is always personal/above & beyond. Sauvignon is a cozy space tucked above busy downtown central Avenue giving you quiet/quaint dining experience inside or exciting New Orleans style patio space above all the street side shenanigans. Excellence arrives on every plate. The homemade dessert we enjoed on the most recent visit might be one of the very best desserts I’ve ever had.
Sauvignon never disappoints. The food is expertly prepared and full of amazing flavor. Justin's attention to details, wine knowledge and personality enhanced our experience. This restaurant is now my go to. If you go, the goat cheese tart is a must for appetizer or dessert. If there is a lamb special...order it! Enjoy!
Food was great. Service was excellent. The lasagna was 10/10. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Kimberly was awesome.

5 Stars!
is amazing.
food is good, wine even better,
service excellent, and thats what you are paying for.
I have been 2 times previously and greatly enjoyed the food and service. This time, although the waiter was very nice, he did not do a good job. He was unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a salad and bread as a main course and he brought it with the other couple's appetizer, saying he thought that I wanted the bread as my main course. To be fair, he took the salad away and brought it back with the main courses but not until it sat in front of me for at least a half hour. We were seated outside. The music was so loud that we could not have a conversation. The food was so-so at best. My salad was drenched in a very sweet dressing, the focaccia was stale tasting and my husband's risotto was soupy and bland. Don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
