The hotel itself is nice. It's in a good location. However, my experience this trip has put a damper on our stay. Being a Titanium Elite means nothing to this hotel. I texted with them at 11 am on the day of check in and asked if it was possible for a 2:00 check in. She said they were running behind on cleaning rooms but would try. Staying here for JeepBeach and had a rainy afternoon. Headed to the bar for food and cocktails for lunch. Had a really great lemon drop martini by the super friendly and talented Yuri. Fresh squeezed which is hard to find these days in Daytona Beach. Delicious choice! Highly recommend! Great customer service from Yuri! Ordered a couple of burgers and fries to go. We came here 2 years ago and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel views from the room and the not so crowded beach front. We booked this hotel again this year for one reason: Yuri. We love the friend we’ve made at the bar, he’s very welcoming, makes the best drinks and just a happy familiar face to see when we get back from dinner or grabbing a drink inbetween some beach time. Truly the hotels hidden gem, make sure to try one of his margaritas!
