Wouldn't call this place friendly...we were ghosted from the moment we walked in. Neither bar tender would even acknowledge us...stood waiting to order at the bar while they filled the lemons. Finally walked out after 10 minutes as they continued to ignore us. Too bad, wanted to try it out.

I knew this was a great place when “Walk Away” by the James Gang was playing. Wife and I enjoyed a fantastic marg and tasty rum/coke during our visit while at Fort Desoto Campground. Friendly atmosphere.

Smugg's is a fine family establishment that is by far my favorite smoke n poke this side of the Mississippi. You know those moments in life that make you say to yourself, "This is what life is all about." Well it's nothing like that. It's better. There's not a place on earth I'd rather be but at smuggs with a Budweiser light, hulk hogan tank top, and three of my finest sugar babies welcomed by my minx of a Russian contortionist wife. I love you Smuggler's- thank you for being you.

Please make smokers go outside. It would be better if they didn't allow smoking indoors. I absolutely smelled terrible leaving there and smelled like I was a heavy smoker

The first time I went to this place, they welcomed me like family. Great neighborhood bar. Friendly, welcoming staff. Drinks will not disappoint so please make sure you tip the staff well because they deserve it. They really take care of their customers at this place.

We had a blast here We were at island grill and service was so deplorable we yelped to find a new place to go that was dog friendly. We walked into your classic dive bar. Dark, cool, local crowd and super dog friendly! Drinks were strong and cheap. There's an Italian restaurant right next door you can get some awesome bites at too. The bartender was fantastic! We loved her
