Stopped in for lunch yesterday after having mediocre pho the day before at a different establishment and was so impressed. I had the pho tai. It was fantastic. Fresh high quality ingredients, the fresh noodles were perfect. The broth was divine - deep and subtle, rich and silky, clearly made properly. I had the pho tai. The broth was good but it was missing something. Maybe it was the ginger or maybe the broth wasn’t cooked long enough. The beef itself didn’t have the robust flavor I was seeking but I still recommend this spot. A solid 4 stars.
2nd visit, and even better than the first. My friends were raving about their pho, but I had ordered a pork dinner that was wonderful. Maybe pho on the next visit, but the pork is just so good.
