Dr. Karempelis is the best of the best!! Almost 2 years post-op and continually impressed and satisfied with the care and attention we’ve received. This practice was the best find at the most desperate time.

We have seen this group in two different locations multiple times over the course of 1.5 years. We have consistently found the office staff to be the most disorganized and incompetent out of all specialists we have seen for our child. Both office staff and providers are unfriendly - and even callous when calling to ask a question - towards families. I can’t think of a single time our doctor smiled at our child, and it is my opinion none of the people in the office should be involved in the care of children.

Dr. Orobello is as nice as they come! Him and his nurse went above and beyond for our boys. We really appreciate the care they provided. I also have the privilege of working with him in the OR and know my boys are in good hands when they have their surgery. All the providers are excellent. I would feel comfortable with any one of them treating my kids.

My son had a foreign body in his nose.I called and was offered several openings for the same day or next day. Apon our arrival i was nervous for my son as he doesn’t like people near his nose/ears. When we got there we were greeted with a smile. We didn’t wait long until we were called back. Alyssa asked a couple questions about what was going on and then she got to work. She was so patient and gentle with my son. I was beyond happy that the object was removed from my sons nose and that he himself had a great experience (he normally hates going to the doctors) but he left here with a smile! 10/10 recommend, we will be coming back for future appointments.

Excellent doctor with an amazing staff. My son had a Thyroglossal duct cyst on his neck that was giving him trouble and had to be surgically removed. Dr. Trowbridge did an awesome job and really informed us about everything about the process. You can tell she really cares about her job. I have also called the office to speak to nurses and I have always received a response back in a very timely manner. Natalie, the nurse practitioner is also very intelligent and had a great bedside manner with my son. She was one who I saw the most and you could get a sense that she is in constant communication with Dr. Trowbridge. All the other staff is great with keeping you informed and is very organized. So grateful these were the doctors that took care of him. Highly recommend.

Our daughter had a tongue tie revision performed this week by Dr. Karempelis, and we had a fantastic experience. I love that the office has you do all forms ahead of time online, it made the process the day of so easy. From check in to the time we left was MAYBE 30 minutes including procedure time and the doctor taking his time to be thorough and explain things to us. We have 2 older daughters who had tongue ties as well that we had revised at a different and it was a VERY different (slightly traumatic) experience. Our 5-week old was calm and able to nurse right after the procedure because of their process. I highly recommend this office and doctor!
I requested an appointment this rude lady called me and I couldn’t hear he properly she got the nastiest attitude while I’m giving her my insurance she hang up on me simply because I said can you repeat yourself for me. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE WITH SUCH ATTITUDE
