The white lady at the drive thru is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is short and rushes customer through their orders but expects us to wait on her. I normally go here since it’s close by my work but today 3/11/25 will be the last time! Racist and extremely rude!

Fantastic experiences lately. I'm not sure if Dan is the store manager but not only did he take care of a messup that was likely my fault for ordering at another location but he's been incredibly friendly, motivating vocally to his staff and peers which as a local business leader I understand how tough it is to do so in the middle of a rush, and made the most epic shaken expressos. Make sure you pay this man before I recruit him!

I got the worst drink of my life and made the cashier aware of the taste and discoloration. She told me to park my car and come in, I have a cast on my leg so there is a reason I went through the drive thru in the first place. Better off going to the location further down 34th st N. Wasted my $ and don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

The staff here set the tone for the experience soon as I walked through the door. No greating upon entering the establishment. I entered steps behind a white gentleman (customer A), I stood about 6 feet behind him in line (which gave me the best view of the menu). As the cashier (white female) finished taking the order of customer A, she walked over to where I was and grabbed the tip container as she looked me in the eyes. She walked back to her cash register, placed it in front her and said can I help you. At this point I looked around the establishment to see if the leadership was clearly identifiable, which she wasn’t (because there were only women working this shift). I completed my order and as the screen showed various tip amounts, I looked up at the cashier as she was watching my selection (with a little smile) and selected no tip. The young lady who was working the coffee machine yells out,”single shot latte”. I walk up ask her to repeat what she said and upon her saying it again I respond to her saying that I ordered a half shot latte. She happily makes a new coffee and quickly provides it to me. Why does this store allow the employees to use selective bigotry and have multiple sources of tip options?
