Several times my drink has been significantly under filled. For a $5 coffee it should be full to the brim. Very disappointing.

Went there daily (3 of us) for about 6 days while in town. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The coffees were all good but … I ordered the same latte every day and specified “no foam” and “extra hot”. It was printed right there on the cup, yet I had the usual foam 5 of 6 times. I waited until I got to my apartment to add my own milk, stir it because they weren’t mixed well (came with sugar) and then heated it up myself. It’s not good when you have to work over your $7 tall Starbucks latte to get it as ordered. Now that others have left, I don’t go there.

Favorite place to get coffee. Great seating area outside under a nice overhang. Friendly staff. A lot of the same faces when we come in. Drive thru is also quick!

any starbucks employee with eyeballs would be able to tell that is not an iced shaken espresso.. this is the second time in a row this starbucks location has messed up my order, when I pay $16 for coffee the bare minimum expectation is for it to be made correctly. there was also no sticker covering the cup. 0/10, lazy employees.
Unfortunately, this is the closest location to us in south St. Pete. This is the only location that we have been to in the St. Pete area that always shorts us on filling our cups. I mean, for the price we are paying, I would expect to get a full cup. Here are just a few photos of some different visits.

I've been to this location many times. Very consistent. Hardly any wait at all for my coffee, even while the drive-thru is busy. They always get my hot caffe mocha grande triple with 3 mocha flavor shots just right. They're very good about presentation and I've had no problem with coffee spills on my cup. Always a great spot if you're in a pinch for coffee or need that energy boost before work.

The blonde kid they call “Soren!!!!!” Made the worst matcha ever. He also had an attitude throughout the interaction. He whipped out his phone while I was ordering to go make sure his favorite “Yaoi manga” didn’t update while he was on shift??? What even is that??? I put a picture of him.

I went into the Starbucks location at 4601 34st S to get a bit to eat and Coffee on June 11th I go their often . I usually do not buy food on this occasion . I ordered the egg bites as I was waiting for my food I noticed flies and bugs crawling around the display food . When I point this out to the Barista helping I was told OH NO BIG DEAL all are food is pre-packaged . all fine and dandy . I mentioned this to the Manager who was on duty Was told the same thing . If that store has Bugs living in the display case I and the people working their could care less I wonder about the sanitary conditions in the back or if bugs are crawling around the refrigerators
