First time at this location. Like the ambiance, design and open concept. Larger outdoor sit out area and a great place to work and network. Will come back again if I’m in the area.

Its o.k., it.s coffee.. isnt this really about people needing people.. people watching is always a plus. Big area inside. Outddor seating limited.. close to Park area at Skyway Bridge. Easy access off 275 and back on next exit.. as far as most exits these days.

Like any Starbucks anywhere, the espresso shot was great. I gave the atmosphere 5 stars because it has big, open, spacious seating options, both inside and out on their very large covered patio.

Waited over 20 minutes for an oatmeal so asked for a refund and they didn’t even have a reason why I never received my order seen many people order after me and receive there item poor

Don't usually go to these but thought I would try it out. Selection is limited. Prices are like double anywhere else. Food looks mediocre. Finally decide on an item only to notice that it rang up higher than the posted signage. Bring this to the cashiers attention who then explains. Yeah there's been a price change. Okay but the sign says a certain price and you're charging me more. Speak to a manager on shift and basically get the same excuse rather than honoring the signage, price or promising to remove the signage because it's inaccurate. This place looks like it strives to be better than average way above average, but I was not impressed and surprised the manager had the attitude of oh well, we can't do much more than that. It's not our fault we just have to go with the signage until corporate gives us different signs, but yeah the price is higher now. So if the signage changes you need to change your signage or remove it I'd say. Whatever, this is the way they do business.
