A large cup was filled only halfway with mushy melted slush. Chocolate didn’t look the right color and didn’t taste like any chocolate I’ve ever had. Italian ice also tasted off (although serving size was appropriate). I had to throw away my 2 year old’s ice cream because neither he nor my husband could stomach it. I wouldn’t recommend this location, I’ve been to the other SubZero ice cream and they are much better.

Cool products
We had Sub Zero come out to the retirement community and do the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream presentation. It was very fun and interesting. There were lots of laughter and cool experiments. The ice cream samples that come with the show were delicious! I highly recommend this!

This place is a fun experience!
You can either choose from the preset flavors/mix which are all delicious or you make your own concoction.
I chose the UBE flavor (purple phillipino yam) with white chocolate and waffle pieces and it was very delicious.
They make it fresh right there with pure nitrogen, so it's a lil experience to go here, overall very fun and extremely yummy.

Me and my boyfriend went here to try the dragons breath and boy it was expensive for nitrogen infused captain crunch, that barely lasted us five minutes. The cereal was captain STALE and disappointing. The worker was a teenage girl who had no kindness whatsoever and the building was really hot despite it being an ice cream shop… Never coming here again.
