Me and my boyfriend went here to try the dragons breath and boy it was expensive for nitrogen infused captain crunch, that barely lasted us five minutes. The cereal was captain STALE and disappointing. The worker was a teenage girl who had no kindness whatsoever and the building was really hot despite it being an ice cream shop… Never coming here again.

We were craving ice cream and Google maps showed us this place five minutes from the restaurant we had dinner at. It's been like 6 years since I last had sub zero so was really looking forward to it. They do offer vegan option which is cocunt base and I really appreciate that they have a separate list of all flavors and fixin's that are vegan. Small size is definetly enough as an after dinner snack. We both really enjoyed the ice cream, the vegan one was very creamy and silky. Delicious!It's a little pricy for an ice cream but every now and then it's worth getting. Girls working there were nice and the place was clean.

I was a bit disappointed with the service at this location, I guess service varies based on arrival time?This location closes @10 we arrived @930 and they had no waffles, and the nitro machine was “turned off”, there were 2 girls working one didn’t even bother to greet us she had her back facing us.Truly unsatisfied with my experience given that we drove from far to try waffle ice cream, their website does NOT say that @930 they shut all major machines down !

Gross! The flavors come from syrup pumps. No actual fruits. Disappointing. The concept is cute but the quality is low.

Nice clean dining area and restrooms and the children enjoyed their ice cream very much. Had the pleasure to meet the owner that day and learn a little about their S.T.E.M. presentations, I look forward to setting one up for the children I work with soon!
Really tasty ice cream (vegan and keto options available as well).. if you are going for the first time maybe check the menu because they have soooo many flavors you can choose from! Good customer service and good amount of seating available.

First off - Please tell your customers that there is a significant up-charge for a vegan or lactose free option. It cost $10.00 for a SMALL! Secondly - train your servers. I asked the young woman behind the counter twice if the lactose free option was lactose free dairy. First asking about whether the base was almond or coconut, to which she relied "It's vanilla." And then when asked if it had dairy, she confusingly said "no." Finally, I was the only person in the space beside the three young staff and none of them were welcoming. Not going back.

Saw on shark tank and decided to try. Delicious and the process is cool! I recommend, better than the old fashioned ice cream places. This was fresh and creamy, made right in front of us. Will be back!!!
