We went for the omikase experience and it was exceptional. Each course was better than the next. Flavors were impeccable and unique. Additionally we had the same pairing and would highly recommend. Definitely the best sushi that we’ve ever had.

I am born and raised in Tokyo, true edomae sushi is my blood line. This place is called Omakase sushi (arranged, totally different style from Japan), but it was definitely not an edomae at all.Hiramasa was not treated with any traditional Japanese soy sauce. Harmony of sushi was completely off once i put into my mouth. Oyster sauce, scallion oil and sesame oil was put on many sushi, and no authentic edomae sushi in Japan present in these oil!! They did not taste good at all as combined with fish and shari. I could not even taste the quality of vinegar in shari by putting these oil- sauce by a chef.So this is NOT an authentic Japanese sushi. I was quite disappointed by the quality of this omakase preparation. But the service was attentive and very good. I will never come here again unfortunately.

Wow, I am beyond grateful that a place like this exists around Tampa. I loved each carefully curated dish that was present. I was at first concerned that I would not be satisfied after this experience but was left happy and full. I appreciate the intimate setting and the sake pairing. I highly recommend sharing the sake and purchasing it to enhance the course! Can’t wait to come back! It’s a wonderful treat!
