Love the multi-restaurant food hall type concept of this establishment. I've seen wonderful photos and praise regarding Sweet Soul on social media, touting their charcoal ice cream. I've arrived at this location more than twice to see that the counter is understaffed and does not have the charcoal flavor advertised. Typically, only one flavor is available, and sometimes even no ice cream is available. Would lIke to try it one day!!! Just a note that the ice cream flavors that ARE available always taste like coconut no matter what flavor you order, because they use a coconut base. Their Green Tea cookies are quite addictive though.

Just here for the ice cream. Only three flavors, charcoal, vanilla and chocolate. The chocolate doesn't look right, so went for charcoal. Tasted like regular ice cream, but I guess there must be some small amount of charcoal in it.

Loved the probiotic pudding & picking out my delicious toppings! It reminded me of rice pudding which I adore. Also very filling so I ate the rest for breakfast.

We have frequented the sweet soul location in Tampa- top notch service and food. This location is beyond disappointing. I wonder if the owner even realizes what a world of difference this is and it must be corrected. The workers are less than enthusiastic, the toppings are laughable, and the cafeteria style seating is just not fun. Will not come back.

I tried the Acai bowls a few times. Each time they left off toppings that I ordered. I paid extra for extra toppings and never got those. Such a small amount of toppings were added even for the ones they got correct. Basically ate a bowl of frozen Acai blend. Only offered one type of granola and it was a little stale and very bland. Will be moving on from Sweet Soul.

I'm not sure why people like sweet Soul especially when there are several other açaí places in the area that provide much better quality. This is the second time I got an açaí bowl from them and was highly disappointed. The açaí is prepackaged and completely frozen so you are unable to eat it unless you wait awhile for it to defrost but if you wait too long you are left with liquid. Every other place I've been to has never given me a prepackaged frozen mix and the consistency is usually like soft serve. In addition sweet soul raised their price but is frequently out of toppings. It's also disappointing that they changed how you order so you can no longer see the topping and see what appears to be the most fresh. The reason I'm giving them two stars is because their tapioca pudding and cookies and very good but I definitely wouldn't recommend the açaí bowls.

Please go back to your previous business model and menus! I'm used to getting the "Mexi" bowl with grilled chicken, greens, and extra greens; however, when I went last week after not having been in a few months, that option was no longer available. What I received was mostly rice. The chicken wasn't as generous an amount, which I guess is a good thing because it was dry and tasted mostly of salt -- not like the tender, gently seasoned grilled chicken I looked forward to. Also, the taco/burrito bar wasn't even there! Further, I invited a close friend, who had never been to Taco Dirty, to join me. She often eats in restaurants all over the Bay Area and was not at all impressed with the food at Taco Dirty. (She ordered the same bowl that I did.) The one bright spot was the order of fries which we both agreed were excellent.I'm very sorry to say that you've lost a loyal customer along with my husband and adult son and his partner. If there's any way to let customers like me know if you go back to the way Taco Dirty was, I would very much appreciate it. We would all come running back.

Interesting plant based restaurant with smoothies , sandwiches and bowls. I just had the plant based sauce served ice cream. I tried the charcoal vanilla ice cream which is a vanilla bean ice cream with activated charcoal added to it, surprisingly it was pretty tasty, yes I know it looks strange lol

I felt ripped off. $10 and the bowl which is already small was only filled halfway. Go to karma on central instead. Way better açaí bowls. The ones here are okay but the value and portions is highway robbery.
