I would say my experience here was okay. i like more of a chewy brownie with ice cream and this one is more cake consistency. i guess to compliment when your ice cream melts. Even after it was warmed up on the heat press. The Ice cream is great and the toppings are good, And yes the brownies aren't freshly made and warm it's warmed afterwards.I made a chocolate chip mint brownie sandwich. With Oreo topping.

Unimpressed with this ice cream shop. The lady that took our order was short & pushy. The cookies were very hard and somewhat burnt. Ice cream was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you are wanting fresh cookies and homemade ice cream!

Horrible. I’ve gone twice and each time I’ve ordered cookies (at least 6) and they all taste like they were cooked last week and they were rock hard. My friend got something else from the menu (I can’t remember) and they said the same thing. The people working there were just as bad. Do better.

Been here twice and both times ice cream was average if anything. The cookies were very hard and okay tasting (but the hardness could just be because of the ice cream). Both times the atmosphere was non existent and ordering seemed like a bother to the employee. Owners or management really need to train the staff better and make this place have more of an atmosphere. Maybe even get rid of the acrylic dividers hanging everywhere at this point. This place also does not accept cash which can be an annoyance for some people (like the customer who was served after us). There are signs everywhere about being cashless though.

I am here from out of town and the idea of build your own ice cream sandwich was intriguing. Unfortunately we were left disappointed. The ice cream was great, the cookies were stale, dry, hard and laking flavor. They should be warmed up before making the sandwich or kept in a baking case to preserve freshness. They just sitting there in open air. Good concept bad execution.

I walked in and saw the brownies were gone and that's what I wanted, then Rachel with her beautiful smile with a bubbly energized attitude set my mind at ease and made my day by saying there were plenty in the back. She also told me I could turn it into a ice cream sandwich but I just wanted brownies and cookies. THANK YOU RACHEL

Good gluten free chocolate chip cookies, good semi-chewy consistency. The vanilla, mint chip and strawberry ice creams were very tasty.
We were in St. Petersburg on spring break and looked for an ice cream parlor near our lodging to please the kids after a day at the beach. Nice surprise for a small local the smell of freshly baked cookies the flavor and consistency in ice cream and cookies are excellent

By the time we got there, there (around 8:00 p.m.) they were out of a number of cookie choices. They didn't taste like they were baked that day and in general it just felt like they didn't put a lot of love into the brand. The shop itself was stark, almost like a pop-up shop. It's hard to go wrong with cookies and ice cream but I can't rave about sweet stack shack.

I went there expecting rolled icecream and got something totally different. The first image on the google page is of ROLLED ICECREAM, not icecream sandwiches! I havent had rolled icecream in YEARS, I had my expectations so high, but ofcourse i had been let down. The icecream they served was decent, but really left me feeling blue because i wasnt able to have what I had been looking forward to for weeks. Im dissapointed, it was my first time here and it really left a mark. PLUS i searched “rolled icecream near me” not “Overly sweet ice cream sandwiches”!!!!! Great job sweet stack shack. Amazing first impression.
