The Blend (Old Northeast) Coffee & Cocktails

I normally don’t write poor reviews, as I know every business has its good and bad days. I felt the need to let Stacia the owner know this experience…
My son likes chocolate milk with cold foam on top. The manager said, “I don’t have a button to charge for the cold foam so I can’t make the drink”. I asked her how much the cold foam was and she proceeded to tell me $1. I asked can you just charge me an extra dollar? She said, “No I can’t make it.” Needless to say I cancelled my order and let them know I am sure Stacia the owner would not be happy with losing a customer over a $1.

Horrible management!

They don’t make a correct macchiato mine came mixed and they said that’s their version but it’s the same as a latte.

1st time there and I gotta say the coffee was very good. I ordered the Blend which is their signature coffee and it was really good. It was a little busy so service was a little backed up but other than that it was a nice experience.

The Blend is a nice cozy coffee shop near downtown St. Pete and offers a variety of coffee and cocktails. I got one of their summer flights and it was very good. The baristas were very nice and overall this is a great place to hangout with your friends or grab a drink and relax or do some work.

Their WiFi is non-existent which is bad news bears for a coffee shop I would think. I came here with work colleagues and we had to leave after trying to connect for 20 minutes. Their drinks are ok, but expensive. The staff is nice though.

Coffee sucks and so does the internet, i’m not coming back. Was here less than 10 minutes and already over it. Threw the coffee out and it was a large too.

My peppermint coffee drink was delicious, and I liked that there is a variety of seating types available. Good for people who want to chill or get some work done!

Your WiFi issues are 100% not ok. I’ve been coming for two years and I love the place. I’ve offered to work for free to fix this multiple times. Losing connectivity repeatedly is not acceptable for people who want to work here. I’m leaving a low star review that I’ll adjust if you will just once and for all get this issue fixed.

The biggest problem is the internet, which is non-existent. They have a network but it never works. I used to like coming in here to work, but their Wi-Fi has been a problem for over a year now. When you ask about it, nobody ever seems to care.

The coffee is decent, but nothing special. Overpriced, but I guess every coffee shop is nowadays. No refills for a simple black coffee.

The staff is nice enough, but the business itself needs some attention.
