I asked for a hot coffee, and the employee gave me a stale, lukewarm one. When I wanted to cancel it, they said they couldn't and told me I had to wait. I absolutely hate people who don't do their jobs properly. Unacceptable customer service for this Florida heat... And when I asked this male employee for his name, he refused to give it to me. I’ve been going here for years and it’s an average small business. Today I got two 32 oz Beach Breeze Bulleyes, one with the regular sugar Redbull and the other with the sugar-free Redbull. As you can see in the photo, I can’t finish it because it was all clumpy 💔💔💔 When I was handed with the drink it was already clumpy (which i understand was MY responsibility to say something and refuse the drink at the time, but I don’t believe it shouldn’t been handed to me in this state to begin with). However, I am a little disappointed as I was excited to drink this humongous $11 blue beautiful looking drink 💔 I’m wondering if there’s a way to prevent selling these drinks if it doesn’t mix well. I wouldn’t get this drink again unfortunately.

Had The Blend in the past but not this location. The summer flavors sound so good, however, they were very lackluster with little flavor and little coffee. One the drinks was meant to have blueberry boba as well, but after we left we realized it wasn't included. For the price, what was received just didnt live up to it sadly.

When you say your open at 6am and your at the order menu at 6:04 and nobody answers, you seen the employee in the window prior to pulling up. But apparently it’s too early for him. Wanted a new daily routine instead of Starbucks so I gave this a try bad idea!!!

Slow service and not busy at all took over 10 minutes to get 2 simple drinks while no one was ahead of us only one pair of people after us and like 3 cars through the drive through. Pretty disappointing.

Prices have gone app as well as wait times I now shop at a gas station for my regular breakfast needs because I can no longer get it here

The coffee was good - but waiting twenty minutes for it is ridiculous. They obviously prioritize drive through customers over those that come inside as I saw countless drinks made before mine and there was only one other person inside before me. Even there drink was done 10 minutes before mine. Theres plenty of other coffee shops in St Pete.

We got two coffee flights (8 drinks) and 2 cocktails and literally could not drink any of them. They were disgusting. The employees were super kind but very obviously didn’t know how to make anything on the menu. They were constantly asking each other what to do and making jokes about how they didn’t know how to make the drinks. It took them 30 minutes to make them. I ordered a margarita and I heard her ask the other girl “can I put this in there?” And the other girl said “yeah, I normally use that instead of tequila.”

It’s pretty pricey but the wifi here is horrible. Impossible to work out of this place unfortunately

Very expensive for awful coffee. Also, feel bad for the staff.

This is not the coffee shop to stop at when you are in a time crunch. Drive thru takes too long from start to finish to when you order a coffee. Places like Starbucks & Dunkin have a way better turn around time when in a pinch. Besides the wait time. I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication with this company when it comes to hours not being correctly posted online. I drove 15 minutes to one location just for it to be closed unexpectedly and no one answers the phone. Lattes and fusions taste great but not big on the matcha here - very watery.
