Great food! First time ordering from The Crumb Factory, we did an online order which was an easy process and was ready within 15 minutes. When we got there, they had a good amount of customers at the tables, a cute bakery area - welcoming atmosphere. Our order was perfect, food was absolutely delicious, ordered two BLT croissants, one chicken avocado croissant and one ham, egg and cheese sandwich. All yummy, we will be back.

It’s so so good. We love the atmosphere, the baked goods, the bread, the coffee. My favorite spot in the city.

One of the best coffees I’ve had in the St. Pete area, and it seems to be one of the few places that offer sugar free syrups.
The breakfast sandwich was insanely good, and the chocolate croissant was flaky and authentic. Will 100% be back again!

There are a couple vegan options!
Delicious pastries, flakey and warm. With a cappuccino, it's great
Met a friend for lunch who suggested Crumb Factory. Being partially disabled and using a walker, I asked my LYFT driver to drop me at a designated handicap ramp and they don't have one nor do they have a designated handicap parking space. After walking up and down the parking lot, a very nice customer sitting outside offered help and then noticed a SMALL makeshift ramp on the very west side, it fit my walker but I don't know about a wheelchair. Also, I felt like having an iced coffee and was told by one of the employees that they don't offer house blend, had to buy a more expensive cold brew. I didn't purchase any food even though it looked amazing because I like to support local businesses and Crumb Factory was disappointing due to no designated handicap parking nor designated handicap ramp and not offering house blend iced coffee. Hopefully, Crumb Factory will install a designated handicap parking space and designated handicap ramp.

Pastries looked great. Too bad they were saturated with oil. Crispy and flaky on the outside, which looked very promising. As we bit into them, they (cinnamon roll and chocolate croissants) became more and more saturated with oil (yes, saturated) the closer we got to the bottom of our different pastries. Extremely disappointing. Staff was friendly, but didn’t seem to appreciate the differences between the various pastries beyond what one could take away from their names. Coffee was thoughtfully prepared and tasted that way. Seemed a little expensive for an extremely average product. Hopefully we were both exceptions.

I had a pain au chocolat and it was bland. Hardly any chocolate. Expensive too for what you get.

The food is great but expensive for what it is. Make sure if you are taking your order to go that you confirm it is right, hard to mess up but they will do the bare minimum if they do mess it up.

I love the berry danish. It was on a croissant. So not sure if that was a danish. But would love to return if I’m on that side of town again.
