I stopped by The Glass Noodle and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was. I ordered the tofu Buddha Delight and spring rolls, and also enjoyed a cold beer—all for under $30! The ingredients were high-quality, the portions were perfect, and the flavors were spot on. You can really taste the care they put into each dish. The menu has so many options I still want to try, so I’ll definitely be coming back. Great food, great value, and a chill vibe. Don’t miss this spot if you’re in St. Pete!

Got a rice noodle dish. It’s overall ok. But the meat was too salty and thick and the ingredients just don’t seem to blend that well. Hoped for more given the reviews.
Also the wall had ants climbing.

Amazing, casual Asian restaurant on Central. Love how all the windows were opened. The staff was incredible. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. The food was quick and tasty. The ramen noodles had the least flavor. Dish of the evening, Pad Se Ew with a side of white rice
