I got food for takeout and today the food seemed like it was made yesterday the noodles were not springy and did not taste fresh. The ingredients did not match the description and I’ve had this dish before at the same restaurant. I got Pad See Ew. I was very disappointed.

My waitress and the ambiance really made this place spectacular! I absolutely love the indoor seating with an outdoor feel. The food was good, too. The Tao dumpling soup was so savory and rich, with plump dumplings - I kept wishing for and wanting more! But the flavor packed a punch and the vegetables were so fresh. So many great things on the menu, it makes you want to come back to try more.

The food was very good. My issue lies with the portions. It was small for the price. I got the Lomein which was delicious but you got very little noodles. It was 80% vegetables and the portion itself was small for the cost. So I was disappointed as I will probably not visit them again. The gyzoa was also very good, but again, it was only 5 dumplings and everywhere I normally go has 6. Its a shame because the food was very good.

Only had one dish, the Szechuan soup, but it was superb. Buya ramen had just closed and wanted to try out an alternative. The glass noodle delivered. Great soup, friendly staff and chill dining area. I’ll be back to try the rest.

First time eating at the Glass Noodle and I can honestly say it won't be the last time. I got the curry Ramen and it was very very good. Fantastic balance of flavor. There is a hint of spiciness to the dish but it was very well balanced and the portion was very large. I think this will be my go to location for Asian cuisine when I am in the St. Petersburg area.
[EDITED AUG. 2025] -- We've been here numerous times, almost always for lunch. Recurring favorites are the Curry Ramen, Singapore Noodle and Spicy Korean Red Noodles. Those as well as other dishes were all fantastic, full of flavor, everything tastes so extremely fresh, vegetables actually tasted like they were just harvested that day! -- Also check out the daily specials!!!
The food is consistently good, and service always friendly, and the place very neat and clean! Price point not bad either, compared to other more pricey options elsewhere. Definitely can recommend and will be back for more!
