Don’t bother going if you aren’t from the US, no one in the US is expected to carry two forms of ID and neither should people from other countries: really disappointing that here in st Pete people can’t get into bars with their official govt IDs if they aren’t from the US, honestly very xenophobic and racist policy that needs to change.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times before shows. Great margs with super friendly bartenders! Wanted to grab a drink before the Mustard Plug show, but the middle aged African American security guard refused my boyfriend entry because he “didn’t look 6’4 like it said on his license”? We thought he was joking so we laughed. Security guy remained stone faced. My boyfriend offered another form of ID but guy refused to look at it. Absolutely flabbergasted by the experience. Wonder how much revenue he’s lost the place so far?

The only problem is the bathroom. They have 2 but one is closed. Both being a one person bathroom. So of ypu like to pee,..... good luck it's an easy 30 min wait

Worried for my safety while visiting here. Bouncer was EASILY man handled by 4'8, 100 lb girl, and the police had to get involved. Definitely need to step up security here for the safety of the guests.In reality, the bouncer was incredibly rude to a small group of people by us. Randomly shining his flashlight repeatedly in this girl's face and then when she pushed it away because it was literally blinding her(he was that close), he started saying she assaulted him and then lied to the police about further damage that didn't happen. The police did nothing but take a report from what I saw. Wouldn't recommend going here if that's how the staff treats the average guest. My friends and I left as we saw this happening, as we didn't want to be next.

I'm a latin women and I didn't feel comfortable there. The crowd was awesome and the dj too but the security was bias and racist. If you are from a minority group don't waist your time going there. Go next door, to the pelican pub they are the nicest people.

Don’t even bother to come if you’re trying to use a global entry as a formal ID. Manager is rude and racist. He is clearly a low educated person who doesn’t understand what passport ID is. Refuses to scan to confirm.

This place used to have live music and be fun but they have gone downhill, were very rude to my friend for absolutely no reason while he held a table for friends in line after one drink and zero explanation. It was extremely ignorant and we will not be back nor recommend this place to anyone. When someone is doing something inappropriate is one thing but when you’re bored and kick someone out for being disorderly who had the chance to do nothing but sit and leave you’d think a bouncer would have more important things to do like take care of someone who is actually out of hand as I personally was approached by several on another level who I would’ve appreciated being kicked out in the short time we were there. Not worth the time or money IMO for a place who doesn’t even have a paper straw to give you with your drink.

They have the worst security guards here. There was a butch, as a security guard with half her head shaved off. Raggedy jail tattoos, highly and extremely rude. This dog needs to work else where since she hates her job so much! Fix your attitude or I’ll fix it for you next time I see you. I remember the night I came for a few drinks with some buddies, I tapped on her and she wiped herself off and yelled DO NOT TOUCH ME like a physco. Plenty of other bars in the city folks, don’t come here!!

We do not recommend! We sat at the bar to get a drink and appetizer before a show... the bartender was the WORST! Waited 20 minutes to order a drink and recommended that we NOT order an appetizer as it could take an hour and he would not be responsible for it. I went to the manager Courtney and she got the appetizer in 15 minutes. Appetizer was great but I can't rate the rest of food because of timing and not being able to order . A woman next to me also waited 30 minutes for a drink and chose not to eat based on what the bartender said. The couple before her walked out. Do not recommend... or at least don't sit at the bar!
