I eat a lot of French food. I like stuff cooked in red wine. I like duck. French onion soup is my favorite food. This restaurant has an impressive repertoire of French classics, and everything I ordered was delicious.
The piece of my experience at Left Bank that resonates with me most is the service. Georgia did an excellent job of balancing her knowledge of the menu with her pride in the food itself, creating a dining friendliness that elevated an altogether well-rounded meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I've heard great things about this restaurant, so I was a bit disappointed by my experience. The interior is very cute, and I love that they play French music while you dine.
However, it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink order, which only happened after I asked the hostess who our waitress was supposed to be. This would have been understandable if the restaurant had been busy, but it wasn't crowded at all.
On a positive note, the food came out fairly quickly. The yogurt parfait was okay, but for $18, I wouldn't order it again. I also tried the breakfast sandwich on a croissant and honestly didn't like it. However, the cheesy grits were delicious!

Always a lovely experience! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. A special shoutout to Luke, our server—he made the experience even better! Can’t wait to try the new brunch menu :)

We enjoyed brunch at The Left Bank Bistro. What a gem! The food was spot on, absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the Salmon Benedict on a croissant. The service was really good, but there was a bit of a delay from the bar. That would be my only feedback since it stood out when everything was perfect.

I had the most wonderful evening here. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and intimate. The food selection was great and everything I ordered was delicious and artistic. The cocktails and the service from the bartender, Gabriel, was top notch. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone. If you're looking for a cute, upscale but casual place to eat, The Left Bank is your spot.

Do NOT get the Beef Tenderloin Sliders. Way too much money for what it is and the meat was super sinewy and barley chewable.

We ordered the beef tenderloin sliders and a blackened snapper sandwich, both came with fries. The beef was tough and gritty and the blackened snapper was dry and tasteless. The fries were soggy and overly salted. What has happened to the wonderful food this restaurant used to prepare and serve.
The food was amazing. We got a mushroom strudel appetizer that I wanted for my entree. Definitely recommend this place

No ice tea at 12:30 the height of lunch!! Sandwiches were way overpriced and quality did not justify prices. Missed the avocado aioli on what they called a club sandwich. Had to ask and wait 10 minutes to get it. The chicken salad croissant lacked the tarragon and the large dried up pieces in a scoop in the middle of a terrible croissant. To replace the ice tea she suggested a mock tail. We had to ask if hot tea was an option. Wont go back. Too many other great restaurants in St Petersburg. Really disappointed

Food was cooked perfectly. The menu is decent, without being stuffy or complicated. Service has always been spot on. Luke is especially good, friendly yet professional. The design is tasteful and inviting. * Ask about "the mural".

Most of the food is really good. Very cute bistro. I didn’t have great service unfortunately.
This is an amazing and cozy place where you can not only enjoy delicious dishes but also appreciate the beautiful French decor and music. It offers a wonderful experience. We had orange duck and grilled salmon salad, and for the appetizer, we had Brie wrapped in dough with strawberry jelly. I loved the big painting on the wall where you can find important people it was a big part of the dinner conversation.

Came for lunch & sat on the patio. Service was a little slow even though they weren’t very busy. Food itself was good, but nothing mind-blowing. Great little spot if you’re in the area.
Chef came out at one point and grabbed some herbs they grow on the patio for his dishes. Patio is dog friendly.
We got the turkey club (pretty good but I’d argue I make a better one at home). Fries were yummy. Salmon salad was very good and salmon was cooked nicely.
Solid 3-3.5 star quality dishes (out of a possible 5), arguably a bit overpriced.
