While I am from Ohio, not a huge fan of cracker crust pizza but wanted to give this place a try. The pizza was ...ok...but I don't order out for ok pizza so I am one and done here.

Great little hole in the wall. Mostly takeout but 2 small tables where we've sat. Thin crispy crust cut pub style into little squares. That's bc everyone's going to be fighting for the crispy edges. Cup Pepperoni ot the OG are amazing. As well as the pepperoni rolls and the salad w basil vinegrette (secret recipe they won't divulge to me).

The CBR pizza with a white sauce base is incredible, I have been coming to Ohio Pizza Parlor for about a year and have liked every pizza I've tried! This is the best pizza place in St. Pete.

We've been talking about trying this place for a while and decided to give it a go. Wanted to like it, being from the Midwest myself originally. The order was not ready when we arrived. Was told the pizza needed 3 more minutes and someone will "throw the salad together". Several minutes later the garlic cheesy bread came out of the oven. The employee making the salad was following the ingredient list from the cooler door as she talked relentlessly with the other employee back there. The cashier was refunding a caller on the phone while I was waiting - not a good sign. Pizza came out of oven and was cut by the cashier.Order brought to counter and pizza was clearly burnt when I checked it. Cashier looked at it with me and completely agreed. Not really sure how she didn't see that when she took it out of the oven and cut it before placing it in the box. She offered to remake in 10-20 minutes or refund the cost - which we luckily opted for. Callers at this point we're being told 1 1/2 hour wait - so they were definitely busy! Hoping it was still edible we took it home. The cheesy bread, great flavor - but way undercooked and doughy. The pizza, just as burnt as it looked, with grease dripping that I've never seen on a local pizza. Toppings - what was left of them, had been haphazardly tossed on it.The Salad - when I read they used Brick Street Farms I was pleasantly surprised. I figured the salad would become the shining star here - unfortunately, the employee was too busy chatting while making the salad to pick out the wilted greens.Hard pass!

Best pizza I’ve had in The Tampa Bay Area. Chicken bacon ranch with homemade ranch was spot on. I opened the box when I got home and the wife and I almost ate the whole thing before we sat down. Hands down 5of 5 crispy delicious pizza. Safe to say we found our new Friday night pizza spot!

Tried the Sweetie Pie -- Herbed olive oil with thick cut bacon, Granny Smith apples, caramelized onion and gorgonzola topped with Brick Street Farms arugula and hot honey drizzle -- easily the best pizza I've ever had. The perfect blend of savory, sweet and a little kick from the hot honey all on thin crust and cut into squares. They also had an interesting mix of canned beers for sale. Adding this to my list of places to take visitors, definitely a must try!

Wow! So glad we finally made it to Ohio Pizza Parlor, located right next door to our absolute favorite place, The Wheelhouse! Delicious pizza. All the photos tell the story. The smells made our drive home build so much anticipation! Garlic!! Pizza! We were not let down, when we arrived home. Build your own sausage pizza was delicious...crispy, crunchy, and exactly what you want in thin crust pizza! The sauce is thick and delicious. We loved the garlic cheese bread. Ate every single last piece! The pizza was just as good the be t morning for a cold pizza snack! Next time...more garlic bread and chicken bacon ranch.

I had heard nothing but good things about this pizzeria so finally had to try it. We bought two different pies. While we really like thin crust pizzas, this thin crust was TOUGH. Very difficult to cut through and a few times I thought I had bit down on something, like a stone and wondered whether I had broken a tooth. Then, like a recent other reviewer, both of these pizzas were super spicy hot. Neither was intended to be spicy so this was a rude surprise. And I mean really spicy hot to the point I am not sure we will finish them. Sigh

Really great pizza. Love the crispy crust. And the pepperoni. Fantastic job. (4 vs 5 stars because my heart will always be in NY…)

I'm from Ohio and we've supported this establishment since we became aware of it. Even joked about the fact that one of the owners/pizza makers used to work next door to our favorite Dayton, Ohio pizza place. That said, tonight was a total disaster: not only did we NOT get the (pick-up) pizza we ordered (discovered when we got home) but the pizza we did get was sprinkled (and generously!) with what we can only guess was red pepper flakes. Both of us have issues with spicy foods and would never knowingly order a pizza with red pepper flakes, so after a couple bites, during which we discovered the situation, we had to toss the entire pizza. I did call OPP to report the incorrect order because I thought someone else might have been mistakenly given the pizza we ordered. I should add that I've never written a review and I try to abide by my mother's adage, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything," but this was a real disappointment.

Ohio pizza parlor is fantastic! I lived in Ohio for 50 years and could never find pizza here in Florida that even came close. Not until I heard about OPP and gave it a try. It’s delicious and as close to my favorite place in Columbus as I’ve ever found. It’s almost a dead ringer. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the good stuff!

Pizza rolls and meat pie. Tasty! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Got out of the oven. Definitely will be back.

I grew up in Columbus and personally knew the owner of Donatos when he bought his first pizza parlor, a place where he had worked. I know and love Ohio-style pizza. OPP is making excellent Ohio-style pizza. Is it exactly right? No. But darn close. I do think OPP is using better ingredients than the competition. That is why it is so good. By the way, I like many pizza styles, and Donatos was not my favorite, though it was very good. I will be going back to OPP despite it being 7 miles away and eating it there is not practical for my family. There is just one tiny table and two chairs. It's well worth the trip though.
